Fawkes is my adorably loud sun conure parrot. He's a good boy and wants to play as much as he can outside of his cage. He screams very loudly to get my attention! In his world, there's no limited amount of time for him to play. Because he's a good bird, I'm going to keep taking him outside to play.

your bird needs a bigger cage
@@bluewrx04 He was in there for a short period of time. He's housed in a much bigger cage now.
Why are you talking to your bird like a child? Why are you shouting orders at him/her? How about try having respect and stop thinking you're the chit because of ur species. Our cancerous species isn't really that special. They have their own life and independence stop treating it like some stuoid 4 year old idi0t human child. You can talk that way all day with humans I don't care for our cancerous species but not superior birds

I recommended not touching their backs. That is why he is doing that head thing. I have had my bird for 8 years. (sun conure) In the wild that is what makes them lay eggs. Research it. Maybe also get a bigger cage.
Hello. My bird’s a male. He’s currently housed in a bigger cage with many toys. This was a temporary cage that we already had and used before we got the bigger one.
@@ourfriendlyanimals it doesn't matter if he is male ( i am not saying he will lay eggs 😅 ) but they can get hormonal by that and it's not a good thing for them 😊 u can pet their head it's a safe spot.

@@Monart7487 Yes. I know about it. I didn’t pet him on the back that much for him to get hormonal. I know his body language. He’s been living with me for a long time.

They are expensive. They also need lots of toys and food which can add up on the cost over the years. They are like babies that constantly need attention.

Hello. Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Mine loves getting held. Sun conures tend to be more cuddly than the bigger parrots. It depends on the type of bird.

@@rubixa He’s biting, because he’s a baby and he’s scared. Try to get him used to your hand by putting it next to him often and keeping it there. Give him treats too so that he sees your hand as something good. Avoid grabbing him unless you need to or do it rarely.

Hola VHM. Entiendo como te sientes. Lo mantuve en esa jaula por poco tiempo. Ahora está en una gran jaula que tiene mucho espacio para él. Todavía me aseguro de que él también salga a jugar todo el tiempo.
@@ourfriendlyanimals No sabes cuánto me alegra leer esto,Realmente es muy importante que los animales sobre todo estas especies que es lo que deberían es estar en libertad tengan una buena jaula para moverse revolotear jugar y después sacarlo prácticamente casi todo el día…Además las cotorras del sol son extremadamente cariñosa si necesitan estar acompañadas constantemente,Si no tiene compañero como es mi caso que tengo una sin compañero,Buscan constantemente nuestra presencia.

His Hormones are kicking in, to the point of when your finger(s) ae at the birds beak he will start "feeding" it like its his baby, There is a youtuber called "Bird Tricks" She might be able to help you out with that
