Used this to clean my sister’s house two years ago. Still clean! Really happy with this product. Make sure to rinse your plants with straight water before and after washing your house. It can burn the vegetation. 👍
This is something my neighbor would do on my home!! I come home to him mowing my grass frequently.. he is 86 & retired and just loves to stay active! I dont mind the help at all!! I bet your neighbor will appreciate the clean garage door.
I’ve been using this product for years & I can confirm it works just as Doc describes/shows. Easily the best product on the market. Stock up when it goes on sale. Doc mentions scrubbing gutters after spraying this, but I’ve never had to. You do need full coat coverage though, which is recommended everywhere else too. It just works folks.
Hey DOC!! I just had an argument with my wife, thanks to you. I went to LOWES after watching this video and bought Mold Armor, as you suggested. When I came home with it, I told my wife I was going to get rid of the mold on the house. My wife said to me; "What are you, some kind of know-it-all"?? And I said; "No, I'm not. But DOC is"!!! We went outside and cleaned the house as you showed us in the video. It turn out great!! Now we're heading out to Texas Roadhouse!!! Thanks DOC!!!
I've been using Spray and Forget for a few years. Excellent results, if using on roof it may take a few months to remove stains. Mixing it at 21 oz per gallon shortens the time. Been using it on painted deck, stone, concrete and asphalt. Wet flowers before and after using to prevent burning. This saves from pressure washing and any occurring damage.
Bought a 64oz size to try on my shed siding & white vinyl fencing that had black & green algae growth on it and it worked like a charm. The green was completely gone before I even came back to rinse it off.Went back and bought more bottles for the house. Thanks for this video!

I wasn't expecting much but the siding came out looking brand new. One of only a few products that I have bought from Home Depot that I was impressed with. I'm glad you made a review on the good and bad house wash products. I used Clorox's Outdoor Bleach with a strong dilution ratio and it did not kill an inkling of algae on the house.

Woke up this foggy, damp morning and saw black mildew/mold on my eaves/soffit. Freaked out thinking I would have to call my insurance agent, pay a big deductible, move out temporarily while the mold remediation was done! Then I saw this video! I went straight to Lowes and bought the product and a jet wand. Took about 20 minutes start to finish and the black discoloration was gone! Can't thank you enough!
It works plain and simple! Saved me many hours with a pressure washer. More time to sit on the porch and have 3 fingers of Crown Royal, than next two hours pressure washing it. Try it!!!
Just a note from my experience pressure washing my house, patio, and driveway over many years: You need only use plain water, and no cleaner, to clean siding and cement IF THERE IS NO GREASE OR OIL that you're attempting to remove. The water pressure alone (mine is 3,200 PSI) will remove ALL dirt, moss, and mold from home siding and cement (e.g., patios and driveways). And, at a high enough water pressure (again, mine is 3,200 PSI), I can remove oil and grease from my driveway. The cleaners used for power washers unnecessarily add pollution to our waterways (that is where ALL drainage systems discharge into directly).
I just used this product and was AMAZED at how quick and completely it removed green algae stains. Not happy with the quality of the spray bottle. I got drenched from all the leaking

Be sure to get the Mold Armor E-Z House Wash. It comes with the sprayer attachment he uses on the video. I accidentally bought the Rapid Clean Remediation. If I would have used it, it would have faded my siding and killed my plants.
Nice video. I read if you follow up on white aluminum siding, soffits or gutters with a tank strayer using a water/bleach solution after your rinse dries, it will really bleach the white and get rid of any remaining mold or dirt stains. Avoid using any mechanical pressure washer on aluminum siding, gutters or soffits. It will streak the white because you are removing paint along with dirt and stains. Good luck!
Another good product to use after that is wet and forget. You can put it on there and keep the mold and mildew off for several months. Keep in mind it takes mold and mildew off gradually and uses the rain to rinse it off or it will maintain your cleaning job for months. Thanks for the video!
The stains on gutters that are dark and stubborn are caused by leaf tannin and roof debris/asphalt particles that overflows when gutters need clearing. This will combine with regular dirt to become extermely difficut to remove, especially if it happens over a few seasons. Keeping your gutters clear will actually help keep the outside clean!
Used the product and it worked great! The only thing I didn't like was the connection to my hose, the connector from the sprayer kept leaking. Perhaps the water pressure from my hose was too much for the connector.
I have green algae on the north side of my home. It is sided with James Hardy board. What's best for the green algae? I am leaning towards Mold Armour as your suggestion
mold armor is the best product out there, used it and it rocked... the nozzle allows the user to reach 2nd story easily. have to let it sit on for 10 minutes like the instructions say .. not 2 minutes.

Haha! Been using that mold N Mildew for years now. Tell all my neighbors about it. Home Depot has it cheaper for the spray bottle but Lowe’s has the refill bottle at a better price.
the mold armor works pretty good since unlike the clorox version... it has BLEACH :) probably also a surfactant. Bleach + dawn dish soap works pretty well too - with dawn being the surfactant
Great video your absolutely right about that product I just bought it and it works great I added a couple tablespoons of dawn dish soap to the product and the soap added some soaking into the dirt

Question?i have metal roofing that gets mildew, water runs into cisterns that are used only for watering vegetation. Cisterns are 15000 gal each so wondering if you think residue would be diluted enough to not compromise my water for irrigation. Thks

I've tried to locate the Jet Wand you used to rinse the house, but can't find one that looks the same. I'm interested in a wand that attaches to the garden hose and the one you used looks pretty powerful. I bought that at Walmart and was just heading out to spray my siding and deck. It says to wear eye protection because it’s corrosive and can permanently damage your eyes. I think it says to leave on for 10 or 15 minutes and spray off. I’m glad to see that it works.

I use diluted pool shock chlorine bleach and dawn, works perfect also

The concentrate is even better! I tried the deck and even the concrete cleaner with my surface attachment and it was amazing!

I use this product also; AWESOME stuff!
I would try the FOAM Cannon on the pressure washer, you could foam the surface, let it set and then power rinse, just like they do for cars.

Use 30 second cleaner... then lightly power wash. It's applied with a hose.

When using the product you are supposed to spray any plants with water before and after using the cleaner.

If the house is blue or red, will the chemicals ruin the paint???
