Never directly crop. Always use a mask plugin for that. Otherwise, you will scratch your head later, if you want to add additional effects to it, like the noise filter to add animations to the borders.
Resolved: So I was originally watching/listening on my phone. The main thing I missed was the Scene Filter for the Move Source. I thought it was the group filter. That's what led to my frustration. As well as on multiple computers. No luck. I see many other people have been having this issue too, but no suggestions for a solution. I'm hoping someone out there might have some suggestions. (Then I can start working on my transitions and effects too 😊)

Thank you for the information. I can't get it to move, so i can only use the midgroup, and it will be static. What am i doing wrong? In the preview it does show the startgroup going backwards but it doesn't show in the stream at all, like there's just no transition.
somehow it seems that it takes the startgroup for the reset, it goes from right to left in the preview and then there is nothing in the real transitions. @@MichaelFeyrerJr Somehow i must have gotten the settings wrond in the effect filter. Tried to add more intermediate stage placements to smooth it out but they just don't show. Perhaps it is the reset setting itself.
i didnt say i was using a pay service....The problem with obs studio is the fact that if you have way to many browser sources the damn thing lags...its a resource hog which in itsself is not good for your games. I have watched all of your videos and the only thing i can say is maybe seeing as how you have insight....you tell them to stop wit the resources being hogged during game streams. Tell them to look into intergrading these things into there software and make it not suck a resource hog! @@MichaelFeyrerJr

Usually this is an issue with what asset is selected on the preview and in the filter.

Do you have everything set up properly in the transition properties? Sounds like you may not have the scene selected.
