OMG this may be a little tip but to me it was enormous. I have been experiencing this since I was a child. My family tormented me with constantly telling me it was my female hormones and I will be having this problem the rest of my life because I am a female. Every male relationship, father or marriage said the same to me over and over. I put it down to something terrible that happens to some women. So, thank you for this you had me with the "chewing" because that is when I knew Oh Oh here it comes!.....I was trapped, I couldn't excuse myself as my father was the dominant in our house and all my husbands along the way....So, 🙏 THANK YOU

Many many more than you can imagine can relate you you. Check out YT channels of Lisa A. Romano, Dr. Ramani, Surviving Narcissism . Specifically, check out their videos on the different roles within the narcissist family i.e. the *Scapegoat Child* (you, me and the millions of others who need these channels), the *Golden Child* , the *Flying Monkey Children* . Your eyes , as were everybody else's who finds these TH-cam channels, will be thrown wide open and your mind and jaw will hit the ground at the same time...in total enlightening realization 😔 and you will never look back and question yourself again...and if they (relatives) do cause you to...just use this breathing technique by Sonia to bring your HeartMind back to Centre within and around yourself (Spiritual energy, Spiritual aura) ♥️😌👌🏽✨ Best Wishes for your BE...autiful Future ♥️💞💖✨

I hear ya sista!!! My family has always called me super sensitive. Heard that all my life. Oh you're so sensitive... I didn't realize I was empathic until my 30's and been trying my best to repel all the negative the best I know how. This was the most informative video on emaths I've seen yet. Gives me such a good feeling even on the first day. I wish for this to work for you too and all empaths!!!💖💖💖✨✨✨

For anyone who puts notes in their phone- here's the breathing exercise :)
First, look around the room and notice 3 physical things in front of you and say them out loud.
Breathe in slowly, count to 4.
Put your tongue on the roof of your mouth, exhale for 4 seconds while pulling your belly to your spine.
Breathe up from your feet for 4 seconds. Pulling up grounded energy from your feet to your head, noticing each energy center on the way up.
Open your jaw and let out an exhale/sigh, for 4 seconds.
    End with a smile.
Do this 5 to 10 times w/ the intention of 'emptying' the body! :)

I’ve adopted your “sigh breath”and it’s honestly the most quick and effective tool! I love that damn sigh, it’s so satisfying. I call it my orgasm sigh 🤣 I’ve even got my husband joining in on the sigh breath, we get a good laugh out of it afterwards too🥰. it always induces a yawn for me and I realized that’s why we naturally add that satisfied sigh to the yawn is because it stimulates our vagus nerve and calms our system down. So so so awesome.
I wrote all the instructions down and am going to follow to a T next time I’m approaching a meltdown. I need to remember to not judge and condemn myself….my meltdowns are usually triggered from just being home with my kids and I feel so much guilt for loosing my cool. But I’m becoming more aware every day.
I’m so happy to have found you. You are the teacher that’s been missing in my tool kit. Thank you thank you.

I know i am an empath sponge. I don't need to do all this stuff. I simply remove myself from such situations. If i am unable to do so, i tell myself that this is only for a while and is not the end of my life. Generally staying away from confrontational, angry, hostile people is a must for me. Can't handle that shit

It's dead on for me, I was feeling like a toaster that would never go off, it's overwhelming and i was litterally feeling like frying. All the drama around, the people dying or getting heart problems, the stupid pressure because people won't do anything until the very last moment, nonstop. ENOUGH :D

Thank you soooo much for your guidance! I intend to share this with a friend who I think will benefit greatly from this, as I have, and will provide some grounding and balance for her. After trying this practice I am calmer with less voices, less shadows, and more self awareness. The volume of the noise has "turned down" and the weight of the "pressure" has dissipated. Thank you. May soft breezes of good intentions bath your skin, may gentle mists of new beginnings unveil your path, and may the morning sunshine warm your day with health and well being.

you are not addressing the anxiety / fight or flight issue from a biological level. Because when in fight or flight it stays in ur blood up to 90 min. so reducing the cortisol and adrenalin. the breathing helps, but only if you breath into stomach and fill belly. then hold for 5 sec and release like blowing up balloon. many other natural thing u can do
