Thank you Danish I experienced every word you spoke but fell for his theatrics I was young 21 and beautiful he was only 20 yet he was a narcissist I couldn’t put it into words then as there was no u-tube nor professionals like you to warn me . There was never any intimacy I slept alone and woke up alone. I felt I married myself he wouldn’t t speak a word. Pure torture my self esteem dropped down to zero. I should have walked out but divorce in those days was taboo in our culture. I became so weak and ugly with him, the only word he spoke was NO to anything I asked him to do. Thank God he left with one of his harem line now I realise why he stayed up late to create a longer harem line to feed his narcissistic ego his supply. Thank you for your knowledge it’s pure therapy for me 🙏

I have heard you refer to breadcrumbs a few times. It really hits me because in the middle of my marriage I actually wrote a poem about getting crumbs of affection. You have really given me a lot of insight into what was really going on.
It depends - I've come to learn narcissists come in different shapes and sizes meaning Some lean heavily on the love bombing, And some A little light on the Love bombing But they're heavy on the narcissistic rage. It just depends, the different aspects of narcissist Behaviors can be different In each narcisist. Never mind if they have other psychotic disorders. I just identified and got away from a narcisist that I was dating for a few months and I was able to do that because I had a narcissistic partner for over 10 years. And on certain things, I was always resistant. So of course, the First narcissist married someone else. And their relationship is abusive but also on a physical level. Whereas we never went there Because I was always resistant to an extent. So this new guy, he was so heavy on love bombing. That I thought it was actual, consistent love and and genuine attention. He was also good at mirroring whereas the first narcissist. He was very unassuming Just super selfish was his most worse Narcissistic Trait. So I say all that to say this. Second, narcissist would use vulnerability to appear Genuine, but it was a manipulation tactic. Because it wasn't consistent. One night he cried to me and in another similar situation. He didn't want to show that vulnerability ever again. So they can do vulnerability to a certain extent if it means that they can get their hooks in emotionally that much quicker.
This information is so incredibly valuable I've been with this person for 3 years I didn't know what the f*** was wrong now I know and I told them I got your number and I'm leaving
Many narc's are also avoidant personality types and that kind has 0 need for intimacy very early on. In fact, they will freak out if pressed too hard for it. Quite sad for the recipient 😢
My entire family are narcissists or have traits of narcissism. It's been an empty experience and just leads you into the arms of those who would use and abuse you while you look for acknowledement and validation.

Have you hit their wall? She would only reveal so much, never anything deep or personal. There is a wall up (guard) emotionally. Usually I was peppered with questions like an interrogator sucking information only. Feeling don't exist, unless it's anger.
