- Welcome to the Madden 24 Franchise Rebuild with the Las Vegas Raiders.
The Raiders are a team that's struggled for decades. Many have tried to fix this once great franchise but the Raiders have hired (and fired) 9 head coaches, have had 13 10+ loss seasons, all since their last playoff win in the 2002 AFC Championship Game.
There is a lot of dust in the trophy case as the Raiders last won a Super Bowl 40+ years ago. No team should rebuild as long as they've had to. Now I'm looking take them over to restore this Franchise to its' former glory.
On my MrHurriicaneLP channel I make sports gaming lets play series. My series focus on building teams and players from sports like baseball and football. I play games such as Madden 24, NCAA Football 14, MLB The Show 23 and more.

Secret Base has a “Collapse” video talking about the Raiders in the 2000s. It just shows how much the organization has fallen, and aside from 2016, they haven’t made any real noise since 2002.
2002: 11-5 and SB Appearance vs former coach
2003: 4-12 and firing head coach and having pick 2
Secret Base is one of the best channels on TH-cam. I encourage anyone who watches Cane to check them out. The highest scoring college basketball game of all time is a good place to start! Seriously Jon Bois is brilliant!!
Idk why but anytime Mrs. Cane is referenced doing something to help Mr. Cane, it makes me smile :)

5:50 It's amazing how good the gameplay from Madden 13 looks compared to now. If only it wasn't the game where they gutted all the offline modes to go all in on MUT.

I have mad respect for AJ Ray but this was a missed opportunity to make Big Papa the coach 😪

My idea is that Big Papa is the QB coach back at Georgia (his school), and that the Raiders need to bring him in as OC. What do you think? Raiders need to keep papa in the house.

Also think you need to be cutting Jimmy ASAP! A 6 million penalty is nothing compared to his cap hits the next two years.
I've simmed a lot of madden because of your series and the one thing I can say about drafting is that traits matter A LOT, which is why I like the style of playing. Especially for quarterbacks, I look at traits first and ratings second. Lorenzo Hall for example has oblivious sense of pressure, which is the worst you can get basically. Might want to take that into account
Traits are a really big deal. It's one thing I like about this style of series. More things matter. It's a different game.

Love to see the series back. Crazy this draft class is imported but looks eerily similar to real life. 2 QBs expected to go top 5 out of reach for the Raiders, a few tackles, and 3rd QB with scrambler archetype potentially in range bit further down on the board. Looking forward to good season.
I remember when I was driving to my high school graduation and I was so ecstatic to see that cane posted a Cardinals rebuild video that I pulled over to start the video and listen to it for the rest of the car ride. I am now a college graduate with a full time job and still this man uploads some of the most enjoyable content there is

As soon as I saw that you were doing the Raiders again I was hoping for either AJ or Big Papa as the HC. Man, time flies. Still remember watching that series back in the day. Keep up the amazing content, Cane! Looking forward to seeing how this rebuild of the Raiders goes.

7:05 on a side note, I would love to see you give NCAA 14 this same treatment on this channel. Bring some college football to this channel and basically act as the Head Recruiter for schools. Especially since the new NCAA game is up in the air on whether its actually going to be released anytime soon
We'll see with the new CFB game. If it's built off Madden's structure I'm sure it would work well with this format.

I am excited for the series i was wrong about my guess but was in the right division though. Going to be interesting to see how this plays out. You might have to wait for Free agency for a QB, team has way too many holes to try and trade up for a QB. I just wonder what players are up for resigning Next year. Also i See what you did since you have the Oakland A's and now a former Oakland team in these Raiders.

I’ve been using your sliders in all of the fantasy drafts I do with my friends. Us 4 pick a division and watch any weeks where we both play each other and playoffs games against each other with the slow sim. The sliders are good for making sure nobody’s team can be a dynasty for more than 10 years
so hyped for this
