I want to express my deep gratefulness for the work you are doing.Especially this 30 min senior workout. I did the standing version with 2 and 3 lb weights. And each exercise was just right leading me to my maximum.
As a wonderful result, after only a few exercises in 2 weeks (I need 2 days rest), I noticed that my legs felt stronger and that my walking speed effortlessly improved without forcing myself.
I had been concerned about my walking slowing down and despite my efforts, it did not improve, which made me feel rather depressed. (76 year old, obese)
And now this video proved to be the magic pill. Of course I have to apply myself, it is not as easy as taking a pill.But so worth it.

I don't fall into any of the categories mentioned as I am young and able bodied and not obese or injured etc... but I do get panic attacks from exercise sometimes. For whatever reason when I am aware of my heart rate it triggers a mental panic which becomes physical. I have been cleared of any potential medical problems. This may be the workout to help me regain confidence in myself.
Nixie Knox I experience this too! It’s like my brain gets confused about the reason for the increased heart rate and adrenalin, so it assumes it’s panic attack time lol.
I hope this problem has improved for you, but if not just know you’re not alone. ❤️

N.K. I suffered from panic attacks. My doctor tried giving me paxcil, that was awful. She explained that all a panic attack is extra adrenaline. She suggested; no coffee, pepsi or chocolate. I did this with walking and panic attacks sub-sided on there own. Remember its only extra adrenaline. I sympathize with you and wish you the best dealing with these.

My husband and I really like your programs. Like workouts that are geared to our levels rather than a boot camp style which neither one of us is fit to do.
I'm 77 with COPD on oxygen . These workouts give me the chance to exercise at my own pace without guilt. At times I can do them standing up and other times I have to sit down. I passed these on to others in my condition. Thank you for your great workouts and your calming way you explain yourself. Hats off to both of you and thank you both again.

Thank you for this and all your work outs that are for both seated and standing. At age 88, I needed to work on some strength exercises as well as stretching. I have now reached the point where I am able to do all the standing exercises, not good, but getting better all the time. I do these every other day and seated yoga on the alternate days. I feel so good physically and mentally when I finish a routine.
I watch and do these videos together with my 89 year old grandmother. She can't do each exercise for as long as you guys show them, and she tends to tap out at around 9 minutes but you provide great variety to challenge her and keep her moving. It's also a nice bonding time we have together- we used a jar of horseradish and jam so she could use lighter weights and she jokes she's going to eat them to make her workouts easier tehe. Thanks for the videos, keep 'em coming!
Currently recovering from a foot injury. Surprisingly found a lot of the moves still challenging with increasing the weights and still worked up a sweat. Thank you for having workouts to accommodate everyone..

I have fibromyalgia and bursitis in my hips and I like how your videos have the seated and standing variation! I have been haphazardly doing your 20 minutes chair exercises this past week for my cholesterol problem. Then I do a half video yoga type chair exercises (which helps tremendously on my stiff arthritis-like neck). .. Today, I wanted to try something new of yours. This is so much harder than the 20 minutes video because I decided to do the standing exercises. I will alternate 20 and 30 minutes since its different. Thanks.

I love this workout! I am a paraplegic and I do the seated exercise. There are too many exercise videos that are either too difficult or too easy and this one is just right. I love how you show how to do the exercise standing and seated for the variation if you don't have the mobility to do it standing. There are not enough videos out there for people with disabilities to get a good workout. Thank you for your videos. Please keep them coming with standing and seated exercises.

I've been doing this for 1 week, alternating with the other 30 minute chair/standing exercise and I am soooooo happy with my result! My back hurts after sitting for an hour but when I was writing yesterday my neck and back didn't get tired at all! I was writing for 6 hours and I didn't feel sore. Thank you coaches! 😊 I feel more motivated to keep myself healthy cause I've been avoiding it for so long. Slowly but surely I'll do my best to keep fit.

I’m 34 and extremely active. I just had major foot reconstruction surgery on Monday and this was my first workout post surgery. I didn’t use my left leg very much but I want to stay in the best shape I can while I can’t use my foot but still focus on recovery. This was a great workout for me! Thank you so much!!! ❤️

hi just been diagnosed with a bunch of problems in my lower spine that mean standing exercise is out of the question, pretty much on bedrest because walking is so painful, decided to focus on what I CAN do, not what I can't and will be following these great seated workouts every day without fail to try and get my back and core muscles stronger. Since March of this year I have been working with your exercise videos and have dropped over 100 lbs. I know I already told you that part before. Now here is the next part of the journey with you both. I, for over a decade now, have been in a wheelchair due to MS and lymphedema in my legs. Since last month with a low carb diet plan and your workout routines daily, I am now using a quad cane and walker. Thank you for giving me my life back. I am 52 years old and for so long thought that my mobility was completely gone, now I know there is nothing I cant do even in my older years and going into 2018 is giving me hope for so much more. I have fractured my leg a month back. These sitting exercises are helping me alot to keep my body active.
Have done this about five times, getting in a couple of times or more per week. 75 years old, over wt. and no conditioning in a long time. Enjoying this but it IS a work out. You guys are perfect all that positive talk and feed back really help! I get a good work out and a few exercises are seriously challenging at this point. That's OK. At first I was looking for older coaches. In the past have noticed that the young fit guys really don't appreciate how little it takes to really challenge the folks you are aiming at. Y'all seem to good knowledge and a good feel for what you can expect from the folk you are working with. Thanks for all that you do. I'm doing 30 minutes will eventually try to work in at least one 60 minute per week. Having all the choices of length of session is really good. Makes it possible to work up gradually to more.

Love your program. Always gets me sweating which is what I want. No other program has done that for me. I am 66 years and not new to exercising but these are fantastic!
I have arthritic knees and a tight lumbar which is prone to sciatica. I'm also battling a bit of heel bursitis. This workout got my body very warm, my heart rate elevated and my breath moving very strong. I did most of it standing, but the seated adaptations really helped me to stay moving when some movements were too painful. Thank you for the reminders to move at our own pace and within our range of motion. I feel awesome!
These workouts are great. I’m a senior but in good shape. Living in Michigan it is too cold to walk outside. The exercises are helping me get more mobility and get in shape.
I love this workout, standing and sitting for seniors. I'm 85 with neuropathy and foot problems and do some standing but mostly the sitting exercises. This is just what I need. Also, love the core exercises which I also need. Thanks a bunch to two great instructors!
I just found your videos and oh my gosh. Im only on day 5 but im loving working out with you! I have klipple trenaunay syndrome that affects my left side from my hip to my toes. With these videos I can work towards getting in shape without hurting my leg!

Your no frills coaching is exactly what I need. Although I trail ride a horse at 65, high impact work is contraindicated for my spinal stenosis. Some weight stuff does not work for my torn rotator cuff. I do a lot of yoga, but I wanted more sweat than that. I started with sitting during your exercises, but can handle the standing stuff now. My goal is to be able to do most of your videos that are for people without a host of body issues. If I don’t get there, oh well...I really enjoy this format, especially being able to choose any length of workout, depending on energy levels of the day.

I found you all a week or two ago when the weather was too nasty to go to my gym. I have emphasyma and the cold air we are having cuts my lungs like a knife. So, I decided to log on my pc and see if I could find a fitness routine at home...and discovered you guys! AWESOME...When the weather gets better I plan to make it back to that tread mill again, but I will have 2 workouts a day cuz I plan to follow you guys in addition to going to the gym. (3 years ago I was in such bad shape I was in a wheel chair. Now I do an hour of cardio every day.) Trust me, you will get out of it what you put in to it.

This one is deceptively simple-looking if you skim thru the video, but wow is this a great workout! It really works everything from head to toe and the light cardio elements to it are very satisfying for someone who can't walk very well; I really feel like I've taken a brisk walk when I'm done. I think this is my favorite of those I've tried so far, I'll be coming back to this one a lot!
I recently hurt both my ankles and I struggle to walk let alone exercise. Your videos have been so helpful in helping me regain my strength and confidence. Even after I'm fully recovered these are great workouts to do while watching TV or sitting at work. Thanks for posting!

72 yrs old I go to the gym faithfully 4-5 days a week. But this work out made me tired😅. I loved it
I'm not a senior, but I've been batiling knee bursitis for 4 months now. In the process of being off my feet and keeping things propped up, I've put on 40lbs and was tipping the scales at 140 kg. I didn't know what I could do, but I can do this! I just made sure to do my knee stretches before starting this, stuck with the chairm and tried my best. I hope to stick with this until the standing version provides no difficulty and then get back into lifting weights. Thank you!

I've been using this video for my weight loss journey for 2020. I've been doing it for about a week. I can't go through the whole video yet but I do about 15 minutes of it three different times a day. Then with eating healthy I've lost 8 pounds in a week. I don't know if that's good or not, but I started out at 284.8
Keep it up; the first few weeks you lose a little more but then only 2-3 lbs a week. Be patient and do it every week.
I've had crippling pain in my feet since 2004, as well as inner ear damage from prescription drugs, from which I am almost free. I've tried everything the medical folks have to offer, Including years of aquafit and physio. I've been doing HASfit routines for some time now and am starting to feel some of that foot pain break up. My balance is so poor and I get dizzy, so I'm at risk of falling. I need to get strong. I'm gonna try to do this workout in the morning. I'm trying to get motivated and get back to exercising. I wanna get back in the gym full time not just every now and then. I've had total knee replacement last March and then had some back problems. This may help me get motivated. Thanks for sharing!!!

So much easier for me to follow than Silver Sneakers classes. Due to back ache I haven.t been exercising much lately. Surprised by all the creaking in my body while exercising. Body wears out quickly but keeping at it. Appreciate your direction.

Steve, you can do it. I broke my ankle in two places. I too became over weight and tired. After viewing the Hasfit videos for seniors, I started these challenging exercise routines. It wasn't easy, but I can really feel the results. Truth is I've never felt better. I want to lose pounds and improve my overall health. I can do it. You can too. Don't give up.
