Hello Kyle, I’m still currently reading the bible and I’m loving it. After being spiritually dead for 19 years of my life (as my family don’t have a belief), I finally decided to seek GOD and my life and answers I’ve always had just make sense now! I’ve been investigating different churches for a while now and I’m most interested in the Orthodox church. Do you have a video on the history of the church (or recommend one) that helps support the orthodox church of being the true church in detail? I’d appreciate your response! Hopefully when I do convert, I can help lead my family and my community to the truth 🙏 :)
Dude, you should really check Bert Erhman out. I know he's an atheist but he is one of the few atheist scholars who believes that Jesus existed, also he presents a very convincing case against the trinity.

With the world lining up against eastern europe (hungary, poland, on immigration, russia and serbia on LGPTChat+P issues) I’m starting to see how maybe there will be a true church and false church division along a re-united orthodox-eastern catholic line, versus all the fallen vatican 2 and evangelistic money churches. Not a hard split among believers, but certainly among the directorate.
The trinity is a non-negotiable for a Christian. We can disagree on a lot of things but if someone says Jesus is God, he is confused by false doctrine.

The great schism of 1054 can't be refuted
Hey Kyle I have a question about Eastern Orthodox. Does Eastern Orthodoxy teach that there is only salvation within the physical Eastern Orthodox Church or the invisible community of believers?
The Church is the New Ark, Salvation! But God is merciful, “Indeed, when Gentiles, who do not have the law, do by nature things required by the law, they are a law for themselves, even though they do not have the law, since they show that the requirements of the law are written on their hearts, their consciences also bearing witness, and their thoughts now accusing, now even defending them” (Romans 2:14-15)

The eastern orthodox have the full spectrum teaching that's missing with the schismatics theology but again people have free will and god can save whomever but I think the claim made is its best to look into the great schism of 1054 and the pre schismatics
i left protestantism last year and starting attending a greek orthodox church. one of the inconsistencies i see from protestant churches is they reject the early church fathers and their interpretation and teachings, but will waste no time citing commentaries from earlier pastors and their interpretations.

It's false. It's one of the 5 Solas the reformers coined and wasn't taught until the reformation. Another one is Sola Scriptura which is also false. All anyone needs to do is read the Bible and it shows salvation is not by faith alone as if one just needs to make some decision to follow Christ and you're good or mental ascent about who Jesus is. The call of the gospel is to act in obedience, believe, repent, be baptized and be united to Christ, be filled with the Holy Spirit and continue in faithfulness. Of course the Protestant will say you don't save yourself and we agree, this is not to save ourselves, it's what Christ and his Apostles taught about how we enter eternal life.
For a group that claims to be against dogmas and traditions, Evangelical Protestants seem to cling pretty hard to the doctrines of sola scriptura / sola fide, and to the traditions of whatever pastor their church has at that moment 😹☝️ Christ is king

Protestants need to read Matthew 18:17, where Jesus says if people don’t listen to the church, we should treat them like pagans.
