They are mixed, AKA, “Kickboxers”, but originally came from a TKD and MT background. I say this as a practitioner of many years of TKD including ITF and now WT. I was never taught spinning back fist or low leg kicks like he demonstrated. I’ve sparred enough MT to know that spinning hook kick is not part of their curriculum.
I do itf and I am taught everything demonstrated in this video. Except for low leg kicks but they are thaught in the curriculum of set sparring and self defence rather then free sparring. But reminder that this is a free match with a muay thai fighter.
Light sparring, both fighter's did indeed amazing. The taekwondo player had great speed and at the beginning threw 3-4 spinning punches which completely confused the muay thai fighter but he did fall like any master would. The muay thai fighter, impressive foot work and good at defending though had few issues.

Il make one thing If you want to have Accurate and graceful but powerful kicks and excel in a sport that has discipline and a great mind and body choose WTF But if you want something Millitary like with both punches and kicks with full on violence in sparring then choose ITF Currently I am in the WTF and ITF section currently trying to mix the styles since I’m 12 yrs old :3 lol As well as my strong dad helping me with boxing and my cool sister helping me with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and my mom simply makes me workout by forcing me to do chores ;D but if you want an Explosive Punch and Kick Millitary art then choose ITF

Spinning Hook Kick is not that uncommon to be taught in Muay Thai though. It is an effective technique given that you know when to use it

The spins are for show, my ITF TKD school trains hard, we learn spins but also practical techniques like Korean Turning Kicks, TKD Side kick, ETC.
