Rose Gold Patek Philippe Watches

In this video, John Reardon presents five rose gold masterpieces from Patek Philippe. Historically, rose gold was very popular in the late 19th century, then it went in and out of fashion until the 1930s through the 1950s when many of the most important Patek Philippe watches were made in rose gold. John also explains the three main alloy compositions of gold traditionally used at Patek Philippe.

The 5738 is the modern jumbo Ellipse, 3738 considered midsize these days. The 3605 is the largest Ellipse from a vintage perspective.
