LEM has the best of everything for me to make saugage and snack sticks Venison and beef. My meat Grinder stuffter, etc. are LEM products including my casings and most of my seasonings, I've been using their products for over TEN yrs and nothing has let me down. Customer service is fast and helpful. IMO probably one of the few left with Old School quality and service.
Why can't we find any videos or instructions anywhere about exactly how to fill the oil on our new LEM MaxVac Pro? Paid $600.00 for it this morning and now we can't use it because it's Thursday, July 2nd and we can not speak to a customer service rep until Monday, July 6th! How hard would it be to have a video on YT or your website with instructions? Geeze!
Agreed! Serious lack of content on YT on this unit.. Here's what I found on an Amazon review. " To remove the oil cap simply pull the plastic tubing off of the barbed fitting or hold the plastic tubing in place while you unscrew the oil fill cap....super simple." Good luck to you.
