- An extremely rare opportunity to purchase this fabulous Georgian three bedroom main door garden property located in the very heart of Edinburgh's prestigious New Town, ideally situated within walking distance of many excellent amenities of the City Centre and cosmopolitan Stockbridge. This charming property is in excellent order throughout and boasts a large private south facing rear garden together with private front courtyard with under pavement storage cellars.
Generously proportioned and very flexible accommodation comprising: welcoming entrance hall into large reception hall with excellent storage, spacious living room with feature fireplace, separate fitted kitchen and dining room leading out to the rear garden. Master bedroom with en-suite shower room, two further bedrooms and family bathroom with shower. Gas central heating. Large private enclosed south facing rear gardens and private front courtyard with under pavement storage cellars. Access to private Queen Street Gardens and on-street parking.
What a charming home. So many surprises, like the garden.
Very nice home 😄
This place is just very chic, sweet and a little oasis. The design is so thoughtful. They wanted to make the most of this space for optimum pleasure.
Love the skylight over the table.
I could feel the stillness as he filmed.
Stunning. Thank you for the beat tour!💕💕
What a tranquil back garden area, I didn’t expect that. Love the cozy living area with the wood burning fireplace.
Unfortunately that's a gas fire
@@laurapearson3370Why unfortunately? Much easier!
Wow what a beautiful property, how much is it?
This is absolutely lovely. ………. From across the pond, South Carolina. 😊
This cameraman is very talented.
Breathtakingly beautiful. I love the location and that it is tucked away. All we need is the money to afford such a charming treasure.
Not bad for a garden flat!
I would have made the extension at the back into a big kitchen and diner combined.
The kitchen now is too small, it could become a cupboard or a laundry room.
Ì agree 👍
Yes. The kitchen has no window. Cooking has not been prioritised in that home.
Yes, with a larger kitchen, this flat would be Heaven on Earth.
An amazing city to begin with , amazing property!
Wow what a property❤.
What a gorgeous little sanctuary! I love that you can access the back garden from different rooms. Just my kind of nest! Not a family or even two person place, in my humble opinion....but for one....just lovely.
Realy dark and lovely garden overlooked bij dozens of neighboors😢..
I liked the shoe sounds, but i seem to be the only one 😅
Lovely space with incredible light considering it's beneath street level; but the galley kitchen could really use a pass-through into the dining room.
Lovely. I love everything about England including the weather. Creaky floors, old wood, cozy homes etc. I lived there for 12 years when I was a kid and I wish we never had to leave.
Edinburgh is in Scotland 🏴
@@GGG-sd9ei oops... 😳😳 How embarrassing. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Well Scotland is beautiful too. 🤦♀️
Scotland... England... meh, what's the difference?
🤷♂️ 😁
@@rocketraccoon1976 🤣🤣🤣 the name of the street is what confused me a bit.

Lovely 🥰
Hidden beauty
Very nice.
Maravillosa ❤❤❤
Beautiful property
The back buildings look like something out of a Harry Potter nightmare.
Nightmare? It is big city tall buildings. Look beautiful and well taken care of.
lovely location .nice house as well
Thanks so much! It's honestly such a hidden gem, with that large, enclosed private back garden smack-dab in the City Centre of Edinburgh!!!
Appreciate you watching & have a great day!
I know I am kinda off topic but do anybody know a good site to watch new tv shows online?
@Zane Turner flixportal =)
@Hassan Maxton Thanks, I went there and it seems to work :) Appreciate it !
@Zane Turner Glad I could help :)
The front door could use a little WD-40. Nice place. FPL s+. But I would rearrange the rooms. Kitchen is ok, especially if I eat out.
I want to live there!
Lovely patio and back garden, but the size of the kitchen would make me contemplate murder. I'd have bruised elbows every time I turned around.
How much did this sell for? I love absolutely everything about this place. Everything.
You should remove your shoes .
Definitely.
Hardly a window in sight .
Wow! That place sold for around 600k (US dollars). That's expensive for a downstairs apartment. Are homes typically that expensive in Scotland?
In Edinburgh like most capital cities in the world it's always more expensive, location, location, location.
Remove your shoes indoors. I had to turn the sound down because the clunk clunk was such a distraction. Nice apartment and outdoor space.
The kitchen should be open on the bedroom next to it, to make a dining room with a door, replace by a patio door, opening in the garden. The actual dining room is very far from the micro kitchen.
it's great
let me know
how much it is?
How much
Why is it that nobody removes their shoes before entering the homes in the uk? Yuck!
Totallyagree with Cathy ridley we are from uk and when we ask people to remove their shoes they take offence its dirty to walk all over someone's house with shoes you have worn in the streets they could have stepped in anything
@@miesahsufien9928 100% Agree! I'm from Canada and we always remove our shoes . I know a lot of countries remove shoes before entering their home. It's so rude and unhygienic not to.
I totally agree with you. It’s the noise of his stomping feet or they’re stomping. Feet is distracting from looking at the apartment because it’s beautiful.
A lot of us do. The clunk clunk of shoes was a distraction.
He might have shoe covers on
Can’t be bothered. Too long and drawn out. It’s like a Del Boy tour.
Just play some horror movie music (e.g., Alien, The Thing, Halloween) while you're watching it.
Cute place but I'm assuming all those closed and locked black doors are storage space for the other flats? I would hate that, having people constantly coming into my space to get their things!
I lived in Edinburgh for 10 years, so I know the area well why would the red wine beside the boiler?
Thought that too. No one would store their red wine like that. But what would I know, I was only born and raised in Edinburgh.
How much???
You got a limp?
Was once a nice basement flat. But been carved up to within an inch of its life. I’ve seen better flats like this in Edinburgh.
it is underground, very few windows, basement apartment.
And right in the heart of the City of Edinburgh.
Noisiest shoes EVER.
I would want paying live there.
I'm not sure what you mean.
Nice, but I would take out one of the bedrooms and make it a TV room.
What on earth are you wearing on your feet? Wooden shoes??
Lol! 😂😂
Too much underground.Clostrophobic.
05:11 а это интересно
He walked in the garden then into the bedroom with cream carpets and didn’t take his shoes off how disgusting
Tell me you're canadian without telling me you're canadian 😂
That made me cringe too, and I’m British 😂
Too dark...
Who lives there?
Bilbo Baggins
@@rocketraccoon1976 ahaha 😆 🤣
The other green doors are your neighbours storeroom. So you have always your neighbours for your windows walking down and upstairs. No thanks.
Not always. Basement flats can own all of the store rooms. It depends on how the town house has been divided.
Oh blimey, just started watching it and the food steps are distracting!!,
I guess you meant foot steps, I don't get it , there is no comment, no sound track, so just turn down the sound.😊
Too much underground noise and open doors into the patio
Cosy. I like it.
Theres alot of doors in that home. Is that common there? I'm from the USA and we generally only have interior doors on bedrooms, closets, and bathrooms.
Depends on how old the home is. Old homes have doors on every room. Mines from 1880 and there is a door on every room. It helps with heating and cooling. And fire.
It’s lovely, but it’s still a basement lacking in windows.
Is the heating all with radiators? They are notoriously inefficient.
They're not at all, actually. They're wonderful
It went for £578k. If I bought it I’d ask for this video to be be taken down.
Why are all the lights on during the day? Well let me guess, it’s always dark and dingy even in summer.
Not true. And even it wasn’t raining you need extra light for filming.
Too dark and cave-like, and I can imagine how moldy it would get with all the rain and it being on bottom level.
The flat looked ok but the garden area was not for me.
That was the best part!
Squeaky door, squeaky floor, squeaky shoes…… 😁
Everything is going squeaky. But what a lovely peaceful abode
Это же подвал!
Nah.
Nice location, awful house
Liked the house.
Boring beige.
