- When Ricardo stepped on the scale and saw 74kg staring back at him, he knew something had to change.
Although he had always been slender, the extra kilos he had gained over the past year left him unhappy with his body shape.
Ricardo wanted to get professional help to lose fat and build lean muscle, so he turned to coach @dylanphysiqueqcademy and the team at Physique Academy.
What happened over the next 3 months changed Ricardo’s body - and life - for the better.
Through following the customized diet and training plan from Dylan, Ricardo lost an incredible 8kg and sculpted a fit, muscular physique.
But it didn’t come easy...
