why was she scolded?
I remember getting yelled at at work as a teen. I was getting screamed at by some guy twice my age at the time and I couldn’t help but start crying, I was the only person at work and had no one to back me up. When he saw me crying he only started to insult me in front of other customers, luckily they backed me up. It’s been a few years since this happened and it still makes me upset.
I wish people would try and understand rather than go straight to yelling, especially at kids.
I'm a guy that loves all people and I spread love everywhere I go 🙂 I help people for a living and I changed many lives, I learned through this that all human beings need to be treated with utmost care and compassion 😊 this made it really pleasant for all the people who work around me, the results of kindness and love from both coworkers and customers in the work place is absolutely AMAZING 😃
I’m glad that there were other customers to back you up. That’s a very stressful situation and I feel very sorry that you had to go through like that as a teen.

You’re all gonna freak out but, according to my work experience, she should be transfered to a job with minimal human contact, as she seemingly lacks the necessary skill to not take conflict too personal. She obviously has a mental breakdown over it. To be clear, it’s not her fault nor should she be a target for others anger, but that’s how work society is. Everyone, and I mean everyone who works with people, especially new people every day, will be a target of abuse or mobbing sometimes. It’s how it is. Most people can handle it, and find a stress relief after work. Some don’t. Some of those start abusing drugs or gambling. I personally know a few of those. So the best thing we can do to help this pure girl is transfer her to a job more suited to her personality.
There were a few people who came to my dad's funeral and they introduced themselves as janitors, with glistened eyes they said that my dad was the only one who showered them with so much respect and love. Rip Dad
Edit: thank you all for your encouragement and love . You've all made me feel better 100% 🥺💙💙💙
I totally agree with that it happens.
When we are respectful to people who are rich and powerful they think they owed that.
And when we are kind generous to those who are not rich or powerful, they pay back more kindness.

But the truth is different, my dad died in my mothers arms, my mum is a very beautiful soul. I'm just feeling so lost rn and my mother's feeling even worse for being blamed blindly for what she hasn't done 😔
It's the worst feeling to have those uncontrollable gasp-sobs. It's impossible to force them to stop or to hide them, and they always seem to get worse when someone is there. So so humiliating.
And trying to talk in between. And ur words coming out all jumbled
Yeah my mom instead smacks me to stop doing it
I know
That means you're fighting your emotions, which makes it even worse. Just let it out and don't bottle up your emotions because they WILL come back to haunt you if you keep at it... as someone whos going through therapy for doing that for the majority of my life I can tell you... Just dont its not worth it and if someone doesn't agree with you showing it or letting it out then they are not the type of people you need in your life, PERIOD! You are the only thing that is most important in life (until you have children) so take care of yourself! Because you can't take care of others if you don't take care of yourself first!
I used to cry like that and it was very difficult to stop, my mom always forces me to stop the crying even though i couldn't she would get more and more angry at me the more i cry, so she gets more angry and the cycle continue until i just turn my back or get in my bed to block my view.
She's awesome. It takes some serious inner strength to pull yourself together and smile when you're that upset. This whole thing reflects really badly on the drivers who hurled abuse at someone just doing their job but it reflects brilliantly on her for handling it.
Also, I like that the manager came to comfort her. You need to look out for your people!
I used to work at a fast food chain and a woman who worked for doordash yelled at me for nothing and because "I" didn't work fast enough she told me to learn how to do my job and that I was worthless. I was raised in a verbally abusive home and I held back the tears. My manager noticed I was crying and I explained to her the situation. The next day I came into my work and my coworker said they had fired the lady for her nasty attitude because I wasn't the only one. My manger told me I wasn't worthless and I worked so hard. It meant a lot. So thank you for all the supportive managers out there.
😉
The people around u got ur back
Love the story! But spell manager right atleast . We aren’t talking mangers here we aren’t In a barn .
As a service staff this is so relatable.
@@Revan-cn9ej what if english isn’t her first language? are people still so dumb to point out someone’s spelling and grammatical mistakes where it is absolutely not necessary?

Lesedi Gaogane you don’t know she was ‘mistreated’.
It's easy living and enjoying in this world. You realize the sad because you were happy once. There are both the aspects to living and we should be strong with everything.

I got yelled at and that thing literally ruined my whole week because i couldn’t stop thinking if it was my fault . This really takes a toll on a person’s mental health
Hi, you’re not alone. This happened to me a month and a bit ago and it still ruins my mood at times. But how other people react to us isn’t necessarily a statement about ourselves, but a statement about them.
@@swanepoel4714 And remember that others are not always correct in their judgements and reactions.
That happened to me as well when i was working in a restaurant ..even now i can help but to think about it whenever i remembered a certain tune that was played that day…it just keep coming back
It really does. I work at a museum at the front desk and I got shouted at once and the vile woman told me I was disrespectful at bad at my job. The sad thing was that I had a wonderful interaction with her daughter just an hour earlier, she was so embarrassed.. These things upset me but I have become more used to it. I found out a year ago I have social anxiety, and it can turn bad when I’m stressed. I’ve decided to not work in service my whole career. But I’m also kinda stuck there since it’s the only thing I’ve done in my career. Strength to all of you in this comment section ❤
Hmm, soft as baby faeces springs to mind here
I don't pity her. Instead im proud and inspired. Such a strong woman
Above average but average at best.
As my mom says “all it takes is one person to ruin your day.” Sometimes even one person being nice isn’t enough to cheer people up
Well said. Hate is easy and kindness is hard.
It's so true :(
The other day I went to get a blood test because I'm ill, and I was tired and worried for my health and studies that are affected by my health and I accidentally bumped into a woman with the car door and I apologized many times but she gave me the coldest look and I couldn't stop crying after that because it really wasn't necessary to be mean like that

it’s tough working in customer service, we have to force ourselves to smile and remain calm when a customer throws words at us. i salute this girl!
Sorry but you can't complain about something you're been paid for and you voluntarily agree to do. Makes no sense. If it's tough move to a different job.

that's the reason you have to be nice to everyone, you know

Who TF cares that she's young and pretty, she was a person in distress
I was thinking the same thing. How come whenever there's a story about a young woman, her looks are always brought into it? As if that's the most important factor in her struggles as a person? It's insulting.
ikr!
VultureClone because people are so shallow.. they dont care about anything except looks
Because as I put in my comment, there are some very jealous people about and it might have been someone jealous of her beauty, being nasty to her for nothing other than envy.
Thank you, I wanted to write this but checked beforehand so I wouldn't double comment. Outer appearance has nothing to do with how we should treat people. Thats whats wrong with the world now
I’ve learned that people who are verbally abusive to people have not emotionally grown up. When your child throws a temper tantrum, teach them how to handle their emotions. If you yourself don’t know how then you need to learn because they need your help so they can be mature adults.
I use to work in customer service and had to deal with disrespectful from men and women and sometimes I can tell they wanted to get physically abusive. Smh.
It saddens me that this young lady and many others go through this and I will be forever grateful for my experience in the customer service field. It has taught me a great deal in human relations.
