      Yes under Article 21 and 22 and writ application under 32 / 226 will help in the process. It's an evolving concept though

    Section 344 is an aggravated offence of section 343 but yet 344 is compundable whereas 343 is not. Why ?

    Hello sir. Your videos are very helpful.
    A small correction. In the last slide on punishment, sec 343 is compoundable and sec 345 is non-compoundable.

    Sir what is compoundable and non compoundable?

    • @GaneshPoojaryLawforAll
      @GaneshPoojaryLawforAll  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Opportunity to compromise between parties or taking back the case are compoundable. Not every case can take back and those can't take back are non-compondable. This is because offences are treated as against the state
