watching the vid ,is exactly what told told me you wanted it to be, seening dad and doughter having fun and you fishing too looked great ,yes launching is a pain the ease of moblity and get there quick kinda better for sure , ,think a great buy allround, have fun catch up soon too :)
Great video, always good to mix it up between kayak and boat. Two different experiences, both fun. Enjoy the Quintrex, had my 5.4m Quintrex for 19 years and been everywhere from K.I. , Yorkes, Metro, very capable and reliable boats.
That's good to hear. Mine is just a 470 but don't intend to go out too far anyway and will always pick the nicer days to go out. Looking forward to taking it out again.
Not sure who had the harder job, those that did the catching or those that did the cooking?😄. Another good video, with worthwhile info on both types of fishing. Cheers
Alloy boat's are known for being noisey I have a 18 foot Haines Signature glass nice and quite on the water. I've not used it in over 5 years since the snapper ban, I've lost interest. Bought it new with a honda 115 4 stroke back in 2010 $52k now just sits in the driveway. Buy an anchor winch next Terry trust me you won't look back.
Yeah I heard that the fibreglass ones are quieter and give a more comfortable ride. I'm new to boating and decided to keep the price tag under 20k. Your boat sounds really nice. Maybe one day you will get interested in it again.
Nice catch nice dishes❤
Great to hear your response about both I enjoy your videos

Thanks mate. My mother in law is from Thailand and a retired restaurant owner so I get some pretty nice dishes served up.
nice job mate
what are you using to grease/protect the mirage drive?
I use a silicone spray or inox. Both about $12 a can.
