I think this is one of your greatest!! Loved that push-through bar cobra, especially at that point in the class! I needed to and was able to make adaptation because #1- my footbar does not have an upright , fully vertical setting , and #2- I'm short! So pushed my heels into the footbar, which felt really good for ankles! Again,, April thank you so much for sharing another fun and intelligent sequence
