    Normally all chefs make gravy thick by adding cornstarch first then balls,but Ranveer brar made a point that gravy will get thick and don't get inside balls 👍.Indian kofta 😊

      He is right. Thick gravy can't enter these balls. So its rasgulla logic. They dont boil rasgullas in thick sugar syrup. Rather they use thin syrup to cook rasgullas and after its finished cooking then they put it into thick syrup.

    Hi Ranveer. I'm Krishnendu Roy, by occupation I'm an engineer. Besides this journey I love to cook a lot and I do. I tried lemon garlic chicken few days ago and normal garlic chicken. I want to try a lots of menu in upcoming days. One thing I want to learn is proper chopping. I'm trying and learning day by day. But if you suggest me it'll help me a lot. Whoever is reading my comment hope it'll reach out to you and a small reply I can get. Love from West Bengal Ranveer. Wish you a best life 🧿

    I was watching one of your episodes of Modern Love Mumbai on amazon prime where you played a role of a chef, and in your first shot at your restaurant, the first and only ingredient you added is coriander 😅 (17:08 min). For one single shot, even on Amazon Prime you chose coriander over everything 🔥 This is a true love 😁❤

    I love Chef Ranveer's humour. I am not fluent in Hindi (I understand it but I can barely speak it) but I still understand his jokes throughout the video. The beginning had me laughing so hard. 1) If I sing, everyone will run away at the start of the video and no one will see the recipe. 2) My Team made me do this manchurian recipe again because they said the thumbnail pic on my other manchurian video is ugly. ----------------------------- LOLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL I'm dead.

      @Dave_en ปีที่แล้ว

      You dont need to worry about vegetables. If you dont have one, then skip that veggie, go with whatever you have. If you only have cabbage, then so be it. If you have nothing, atleast you have aaloo and pyaj at home.😂😂😂
      Grate the potatoes and make manchurian balls from it. If you have soya chunks, make delicious soya manchurian out of it.
      Main ingredients are soy sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce and ginger/garlic chopped.

    I loved that bit about " authentic INDO-CHINESE" food.
    My brother was the head chef with Golden Dragon, Taj, Bombay.
    When he came on leave, he cooked the authentic Chinese food -- unfortunately, did not go down too well with the family. We were too accustomed to the Indianised flavour

    • @Dave_en
      @Dave_en ปีที่แล้ว

      Its related to development of tastebuds. People around the world have been accustomed to french restaurants, so eventhough we indians have astounding recipes, our cuisines always come 3rd or so. Pakistanis were jealous of India because they were lagging just behind us.😂😂😂
