As a kid, I used to watch your cooking shows along with Master Chef India with my mom and I used to be so very fascinated with the way you tell the history of the food you are cooking. Watching you cook and narrate all those years has definitely given into me finding peace in cooking new things by myself. I am turning 21 next month and I stumbled upon this video while looking up spring roll recipes and honestly I haven't watched a video this long on normal speed in a while. Love your explanation. I too make it that way . I don’t half fry to store in the freezer, you can just place one by one in a tray with a bit of space in between and freeze as they are and then when they freeze take them and put in a container lined with wax proof paper and place them cover and freeze. To cook heat oil on low flame till hot and add the frozen spring roll in it snd fry . They come out really crispy and well cooked !
