It is to the governments benefit to make the kids learn English as slowly as possible. They are clearly making some kind of huge income from hiring teachers. I saw some of the contracts that language centres signed between language centre and vietnamese public schools. The law they passed that teachers cannot directly negotiate salaries with public schools and it has to be done through intermediaries. The contracts between public schools and intermediaries are shocking. Who owns the villas in D1?

So it's hard because Vietnam changes policies every 5 minutes, but recently, I have seen more of a focus on grammar vs. speaking, which is mind-boggling, but hey, not up to me! Friends of ours who own training centers showed us the memo. So now, for his program, only 2 questions are on speaking. At the end of the day, it's a business and a huge industry that pays lots of taxes. So I think there are a lot of different motivations. Either way, it's their show, and we are all just along for the ride

That is true. The government is out there to nickel and dime everyone that is coming in to the country that is a normal process.

I don't understand why USA rents and houses are so expensive, when USA have so much open space. This remind me of your New Zealand videos. Would love to visit the country but housing is too expensive

Letting everyone buy up all our real estate. We should be more like Thailand and heavily restrict foreign ownership. NZ is a typical neo liberal hell scape where foreigners own everything.

      Bullshit
If you’re American & think your house is expensive because FORIGNERS buy the properties!!
You’re always moaning Communist this community that, they’re control & less freedom so Wes is more freedom can sold & buy anything!!
If AMERICAN HAVE THEIR OWN HOUSE OR LANDS, so they can’t sold it for FORIGNERS?? So which is the meaning of US & WESTERN was say they’re fighting communist systems for hundred years?
THE PROBLEM PROPERTIES IN US IS EXPENSIVE BECAUSE TAXES IS HIGH & ZONNING IS STRICTLY!!
You’re American & don’t even know this shit
Alots of old as building in US city, the owners want to break them down & rebuild news & moderm & taller & have more units
      But Gorvement don’t accept
But downtown only have amounts of lands!!
So tall & high builders is only solutions in CBD & DOWNTOWN!!
But GORVEMENT don’t accept the chance & zoning!!
Second, taxes in US IS DAMM HIGH
They’re are stupid, think HIGH TAXES ON SECOND HOME WILL LEAD PEOPLE STOP BUY SECOND HOME & POOER HAVE CHANCE TO BUY IT!!
It proven it damm wrong in alots country!!
High taxes will not stop people buy second house if they’re middle class & rich people!!
If they can afford it, they still buy it.
And if they buy it already expensive + high taxes, then you think they gonna sold it cheaper or will rent it cheaper & lost money??
If I buy first house 400.000$
But second house 400.000$ + 30% taxes (I just used as example). Do you think if in couple year I sold the house, did I sold cheaper or will higher & more expensive??
And if I rented my second house with high taxes, did I rent it affordable for poor people or I will add all the taxes cost & raise the price higher!!
American is usually developed & growing fast long before Vietnam & Asia.
But in recent years, they’re lost basic common sense & basic logic of how bussiness running!!
It why landlord in US & WESTERN is raise their rental is skyrocket high just to cover the taxes & alots costs!!
Poor people & lower class people & rental is the one who get affected & take all the cost
Of course, I argee & support US & WESTERN have good laws systems as they have laws for people buy first house don’t need to pay properties taxes!! It’s helpful & great laws
But you should know, not all pooer & lower class can buy their own house!!
      The rental will be solutions
And where they can get cheap rents if the LANDLORD & HOUSE OWNERS already buy it expensive with high taxes & PLUS YEARLY PROPERTIES TAXES IS HIGH TOO!! It’s double taxes!! Of course they will add the taxes in the rent price!!
Second reason is, zoning, zoning & zoning!!
      It’s so hard & strictly!!
Properties company want investors to build complex building with apartments & shophouse & malls under the apartments. But it will against zoning laws!!
And alots houses owners have big house & in front yard & want to own small shop at their house but it can’t, because the zoning is house using only!!

That’s why alots millionaires Thailand, Vietnamese don’t & never want to investing properties in US & WEST.
I’m talking about properties company & builders
I’m not talk about millions buys properties!!
Look at Japan, they’re high developed country, rich & modern
But they don’t have crazy strictt zoning laws like Us & Western
Alots family can running small shop or restaurants in their house!!
Of course should not loudly & affect the environment.
While in US & WESTERN, people own the house but can open stores & shop at their own house!!
Plus, taxes is high when you buy & sold
Second taxes make properties in US is expensive is yearly taxes!!
If you don’t pay yearly properties taxes, you can get kicked out & LOST YOUR LANDS, LOST YOUR HOUSE!!
Yearly properties taxes in US is not affordable!!
Look at China, Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, Vietnam yearly properties taxes is very affordable to make sure everyone can payment
Even if you’re old & retirement, lost jobs, you still can pay your yearly properties taxes & won’t scare you will get kicked out!!
But in US & WESTERN, yearly properties taxes is expensive & it can take amounts of your monthly salary.
      And ye

Hi guys, I do hourly consulting, and I can help arrange employment, but the issue is if you are over 60, it will be almost impossible to get a job. In Vietnam, for example, you wouldn't be able to get a work permit. In Cambodia, there is no limitation, but it's a saturated market, so getting an employer to take on an older person is difficult. In Asia, age, race, nationality, and skin color are very important that being said I can still help you guys get set up somewhere. Contact me on any of the contact information in the description of the video 📹
