Hey Becky, That cast iron cloche is a FLOWER CROWN. It looks vintage, but it’s not. It is very convincing, though. I buy them at a high end nursery near my home. I paid around $40 , new. I place them over my ornamental plants in my garden. They look beautiful! You really found some wonderful treasures! All of your projects, today, are just lovely! Thank you! I love, love, love the sachet molds! So unique. As a spin off, I’d like to replicate it with heart shaped nylon sachet bags and fill it with potpourri. If that coffee urn works, you’ve hit gold! And your framed artwork is awesome. I love your ideas, they always speak of old fashioned romance, any time of the year. I love a “long ago” anything! Because we are always measuring something or other, a measuring tape transfer would be ideal to add to the edge of our table, don’t you think? I’ve screwed down a regular yard stick to the edge of my cutting table and my sewing machine pull out drawer has a soft tape taped down. I’m always for what’s easier! Miss you lots, come back more often!

Hi Robbie! At first I dropped some essential oils on the back of the unpainted white heart and didn’t like it. I painted and sealed with wax. Then I put a drop on my finger and rubbed it on the back of the white heart and liked it much better. I put a light spritz of perfume on the back of the pink heart and I liked that too!
Question on your sachets, how does the essential oil work when both sides are painted? I am so glad to have found your channel. Everything you do just turns out gorgeous! Thanks for sharing.
Thank you; I’m so glad you’re enjoying my channel! I added 2 drops of lavender oil on the white heart and rubbed it in with my finger. I put a light spritz of perfume on the pink one and liked it better. The paint didn’t seem to affect the fragrance at all. I appreciate your question!
I’m so glad you’re enjoying my channel Theresa! The IOD Knob Toppers are already cut individually, so I was able to just pull out the ones that I liked best to make the stamped ribbon.
I love the make overs you do. They are always classic, pretty easy and pretty. I’ve had trouble with the clay cracking after it’s dried. It doesn’t appear that you do. Is there a method you use? I get them to come out of the mould beautifully but they crack bad after they have dried.
Thank you so much Lori! I’ve had good luck using the DAS clay that I buy on Amazon. Are you using a different brand? I also work the clay and try to eliminate air before firmly putting it in my moulds. My craft room is the coldest room in my house, which allows for a longer drying time too. I also turn my pieces every few hours for more even drying. I hope this helps; cracked clay is frustrating!
Love your videos. But I am wondering. Why you do not use the clear stamping blocks to put the stamps on to stamp? It is so much easier and the blocks with grids is easier yet? Have a blessed day!!! Huggzz!!! 💜😍

I love, love, love the sachet molds! So unique. As a spin off, I’d like to replicate it with heart shaped nylon sachet bags and fill it with potpourri. If that coffee urn works, you’ve hit gold! And your framed artwork is awesome. I love your ideas, they always speak of old fashioned romance, any time of the year. I love a “long ago” anything! Because we are always measuring something or other, a measuring tape transfer would be ideal to add to the edge of our table, don’t you think? I’ve screwed down a regular yard stick to the edge of my cutting table and my sewing machine pull out drawer has a soft tape taped down. I’m always for what’s easier! Miss you lots, come back more often!

I liked the clay sachets very much, but wondered when and where you added the essential oils.
Hi Robbie! At first I dropped some essential oils on the back of the unpainted white heart and didn’t like it. I painted and sealed with wax. Then I put a drop on my finger and rubbed it on the back of the white heart and liked it much better. I put a light spritz of perfume on the back of the pink heart and I liked that too!
Question on your sachets, how does the essential oil work when both sides are painted? I am so glad to have found your channel. Everything you do just turns out gorgeous! Thanks for sharing.
Thank you; I’m so glad you’re enjoying my channel! I added 2 drops of lavender oil on the white heart and rubbed it in with my finger. I put a light spritz of perfume on the pink one and liked it better. The paint didn’t seem to affect the fragrance at all. I appreciate your question!

I’m so glad you’re enjoying my channel Theresa! The IOD Knob Toppers are already cut individually, so I was able to just pull out the ones that I liked best to make the stamped ribbon.
I love the make overs you do. They are always classic, pretty easy and pretty. I’ve had trouble with the clay cracking after it’s dried. It doesn’t appear that you do. Is there a method you use? I get them to come out of the mould beautifully but they crack bad after they have dried.
Thank you so much Lori! I’ve had good luck using the DAS clay that I buy on Amazon. Are you using a different brand? I also work the clay and try to eliminate air before firmly putting it in my moulds. My craft room is the coldest room in my house, which allows for a longer drying time too. I also turn my pieces every few hours for more even drying. I hope this helps; cracked clay is frustrating!
