With NA he made a steady 300whp from 6200-6900, so why with the supercharger does it make max power around 5800 then drops?

In theory how much awhp would it make if it was on an awd dyno?

Does this car have stock internals? What's done to the transmission to handle the extra power beside clutch? I have a 2016 Accord v6 6 speed my car is a j35 so different motor than this car as it's a j37!

Manual, we disconnect the driveshaft for dyno purpose only

They come both auto and manual, only the sh-awd had a 6 speed manual option paired to the 3.7. The fwd 3.5 models are automatic 6 speeds, but they come with paddle shifters and work pretty well when in sport mode. Of course manual is the best way to go when making more power- more reliable than the automatics
