I am Australian, and years ago in Iraq some Americans asked us to their compound for a BBQ. They cooked great food. We where discussing the imperial verse metric system and they said to me there are 2 kinds of countries, those who use metric and those who have landed on the moon. fair call. Well those of us who use metric have come up with a thing called an egg ring. The egg ring is designed to cook eggs in so they don't spill over and you can flip them easy. A mason jar lid is a good compromise but for a couple of dollars you can buy a piece of steel designed to cook eggs. It was probably invented by a Brit but God save the Queen. Anyway love your videos Chef Tom. Keep up the good work.
Oh good Lord, thank you Chef Tom. This will be added to the weekend breakfast repertoire for sure. How are you not over 1M subs? I just don't understand it, God bless you and everyone helping make these videos, keep up the awesome work.
Made these tonight adding my husband's home smoked bacon and my home made burger buns. OH MY GOSH! A new brunch favorite! Thanks Chef Tom for another great snack.
Yo! I love everything about this video! Great recipe, great cook, great video, great editing! Well done Chef and extra well done team! I gotta go make this!
Looks awesome, I've to make a smash burger of any kind on the giddle for me Weber kettle grill, but I'm thinking I may as well make it a breakfast one. Great job Tom.
biscuits and gravy will always be my favorite breakfast food. sausage egg and cheese biscuit is second. eggs with green chiles topped with stewed tomatoes is number 3.
I hope you and the crew stayed close to some heat sources while you filmed. Thanks for your dedication to delicious recipes Chef Tom and crew, looking forward to trying this.
Cooking breakfast on a grill always makes me think about breakfast at deer camp. Its funny how a bunch of guys try to bust out the gourmet skillz in the woods!
The video on this is epic, is that a new guy called Steven Speilberg jnr? Great food but even better video ... you need more viewers to see this excellence. Spread the good word everybody.
Relatively gently. Possibly even lover like treatment.🤣Looks good Tom. Lets not forget to take our statin meds here. :) Also, this is why em parchment paper is kinda unnecessary when doing any smash burger type stuff. Keep spatula on griddle... push it down...slide it off. The grease and fat do the rest really..
Would the Mason jar trick work if you dumped scrambled eggs into it? There is something wrong with my taste buds where a runny yolk tastes like licking a chalk board in elementary school. Plus the idea of adding something to the eggs like cubed ham or diced bacon has a whole world of possibilities for a sandwich of its own.
We have offered cooking classes in the past, but those came to a halt due to COVID. We are currently evaluating the future of offering these kinds of classes again...so stay tuned.
I just watched "allthingsbbq Resting Steak | Tips and Techniques" video. i think im hooked on his style of presenting info. looking forward to finding more videos like that! .... onward to binging allthingsbbq for abit!....
I was just telling my wife last night how good a chicken fried steak breakfast sandwich would be..this is pretty damn close..looks amazing..add some hashbrowns and it would be perfect
This channel is so underrated

Do you ever film in front of a live audience? I’d drive the 1326 miles just to see you in action. Also for the chance at a sample too!
