Okay bro, I saw the recipe this morning while fasting ( we are doing... Ramadan) and I made this for my iftar 3.5 yrs old finished the whole burger by himself. My wife finished her first ever double patty burger. Take a bow. Elite 🍔 must try
this is a reminder to repeat it this Ramadan too!

I just made me two burgers following this recipe and listen, no exaggeration, this was literally the best burger I ever made, so simple yet so delicious. I will be making these every week, thanks so much!

Watch the gut
Came here to write the exact same message. Holy shit these burgers are amazing.
I live in Vietnamese so Angus beef is not easy to get. Just took normal chuck ground beef and swapped the Worcestershire for half the amount of fish sauce with some sugar.
Thanks for this amazingly easy and tasty burger.

Is a burger a week really that bad if you work out and in calorie deficit probably not.
The paper makes it look even more delicious

The sauce was the boss. 10/10
This is one of the best Smash Burger Recipes. The trick to sear the patty with sauce on it enhances the flavor as the onion in the sauce caramelizes and takes the burger to another level.
Me and my older brother bought the ingredients and made it at home for us and the fam, and let me tell it was AMAZING. Now our family wants us to make more and we definitely plan to make more in the future. Thanks for the recipe!
I love to cook for my girlfriend and I've done everything from sushi to carbonara to katsu curry, I made these over the weekend and she said these were the best thing I've ever cooked. So, thanks very much friend!
Glad you enjoyed! Thank you for the feedback!

or maybe all she needed was a burger
Not much out there that beats a classic smash burger 👌 😋
Sorry i’ve have to ask being from Roma, how did you do the carbonara ? Was it close to the original recipe or you made your own ?
Yes, these burgers are the bomb. The parchment paper is a classic touch as well. My wife was wowed!!!
I tried this recipe, and made burgers for my family. It turned out absolutely delicious, and filling, everyone loved it, and the sauce was incredibly brilliant! I used Australian Beef instead of Angus beef, but it still had a lot of flavour, and was extremely juicy, I also used brioche buns, which worked best with the flavour of the burger! I highly recommend to try this recipe, as it was extremely delicious!
I just made 8 of these for my family. Everyone loved them! So easy too! Thanks for sharing this, way easier than my old methods
I made these yesterday for the superbowl and they were amazing! Thanks for being quick to the point and sharing this. The special sauce was crucial as well. Made it simple because I didnt have to worry about adding all this seasoning for flavor, just the sauce.
I’ve made this recipe 3 times now for my family. Everybody loves it and it’s so easy to make.
Bruh that burger construction was the most satisfying I've ever seen
Bruuh...You said it
I couldn't look away.
Bruh that paper wrapping ending… just so completely satisfying
R u sure about that matey waitey
Would have been GOAT if he put some sauce in the top bun.
So good! I've been wanting to try a proper burger joint burger at home for a long time and this instructional nailed it! Thank you for hitting on the finer points/secrets that I wouldn't have thought of, like grated onion in the sauce, no ketchup in the sauce, thinly sliced tomatoes... Oh, and sauce on the patty before flipping it!! Brilliant! This is a keeper!
Wow! I’m almost as if you’re a jobless fraud!
This was no joke! The sauce is legit and adds that crust to the burger with amazing flavors. Everyone love it!
just made these and they came out PERFECT! i used Lamb's lettuce and sweet chilly sauce instead w sauce. its the best burger i ever made. the onion hack is insane

Made this tonight for an early Father's Day dinner and everyone (especially my Dad) LOVED it. Used brioche buns and arugula instead of iceberg lettuce and both worked really well. THANK YOU for this excellent recipe and demonstration!
Thanks for the simple, but delicious recipe. Just made this with some 80/20 in a skillet and it was crazy good. That sauce it a 10/10!
I have been craving this type of burger and there are so many videos. Thanks for making a simple one so we all can make these burgers 🍔 🙌
Stumbled across this video and made these burgers tonight for my wife and 3 small children. These are fantastic - the whole family loved them. Note/Tip: On my electric stove I used a cast iron skillet and had to turn the heat to medium-low to keep from burning the burgers, and it was still plenty hot to get that nice crust.
Hey guys how did you make your sauce?
Good tip. It's very easy to get a cast iron skillet too hot because it retains so much of the heat you put into it
I made myself two of these last night for the first time and im like WOW, simple and full of flavor. Great burgers 🍔 thank u
I just made these and they are amazing! I used a blender to make an onion puree instead of chopping. Best smash burger I ever had
Great idea! I used my zester and it made the onion puree in no time flat!

Fantastic recipe brother! The sauce is to die for. My wife likes none of the individual ingredients, but together they’re something else. I did however have better luck flattening the patties before I put them in the cast iron. 10/10
I will definitely go ahead and try this one, however something that wasn't done and what I recommend for everyone who adds tomato to their burger (or sandwich): always salt and pepper your tomatoes! It just adds another level and complexity to the taste.
That’s crazy advice 😒

Dude! unbelievable. I just made this and has got to be the best burger I've ever had. The sauce put over the top. I can't stop raving about! So glad I found you. Thanks, and have a wonderful holiday!
I have been making burgers in the oven grill and it was always hit n miss. Sometimes i would get it right and sometimes it would go horribly wrong and overcooked. Beef ground would sit in the freezer for weeks. And as much as I love a good burger, I was never keen about making them at home as it always felt like a hassle.
I tried this recipe and we had burgers several times already last week. Whole family loved it. It was super easy. Shared this video with friends and I am sure their local butchers would be very happy for the business.
Best burger I've ever made. Thank you for sharing.
This was no joke! The sauce is legit and adds that crust to the burger with amazing flavors.
This was a new technique and everything turned out great. Thanks for sharing this recipe!
Absolutely perfect video my dude! So much of this is so obvious that I’ve never done after eating FF Burgers my whole life. And others not so obvious! Thank you!
That looks delicious with the crunch crust. Have to try this.
I took a chance on this sauce for 51 smash burgers for my back yard bbq, everyone loved it and some said it was better than Culver’s! I was the cook so I was the last to eat a burger and I was surprised how good it was! Definitely using this again!
The highest honor one can receive.

I found this video last night and I just had to try it, we went out and got the supplies and it's so amazing. However we're a little short on cash so we couldn't get the exact same stuff like the Angus beef but the idea is still there.
Does angus beef make a difference? Maybe but I doubt it. Sams club regular ground beef works fine. And I can make this every day
What about pork, i mean beef is great but pork is just an avarege dream, you can't go wrong with that.
I was about to try the recipe , but didn’t because I don’t have lettuce or tomatoes lmao
@@reginaldforthright805 you can get a good look at a T-bone steak by sticking yer head up the steers ass, but wouldn't you rather take the butcher's word for it?
@@Dracashino I might try 50% beef/pork and see how that turns out. That is my usual mix when doing an Italian dish so it might work here.

The Algorithm Gods gifted me this video the other day, and I decided to make these yesterday (Nov. 28, 2021) for myself and my family - instant success. And that sauce?? It is liquid crack, definitely worth being tear-gassed. Anytime I crave that style of burger, these are what I will be making; especially since the only place that made them as good as this closed down a long time ago. These burgers are the ones I've been searching for ever since.
You should definitely give these a try.
I just did this exact recipe and its delicious! It's actually less work than other burger recipes cause u aint making patties before u cook. Secret sauce is awesome. That lettuce or cabbage crunch brings it home. Tastes like a fast food burger but better. Not gonna lie!

We made these tonight and I have to admit, ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! our local shops did not have the angus steak meat in stock unfortunately, but we used British beef 20% fat. Was still insanely tasty. The sauce....WOW!
'British beef' is a crossbreed between Angus and Hereford cattle. It's quality meat, but it doesn't have a recognisable pedigree, so you don't pay extra for the brand name.
Of course, you can still buy bad British Beef, just as you can buy bad Aberdeen Angus. The way it's fed, treated, transported, slaughtered, etc, makes a *huge* difference. I'd always recommend either a local butcher or a supermarket with a goodnreputation of animal welfare like Waitrose or Marks & Spencer.

@@jonburrows2684 try smashing your own burgers, just getting that crust he describing is already good as it is lol. Now season it and use the good sauce and definitely toasted buns. Made these tonight. My family loved them❤❤
I haven’t tried any others. I assume this is the best one because I have no desire to ever try another. GAWD, these are so good!!!
Note: The incredible sauce alone tastes like a good old-fashioned greasy spoon burger. I always make extra and put it on other burgers.
(Drooling on my laptop as I type) 🤤
Melts the mouth just while watching itself
Loved this recipe, the sauce on the raw side of the burger is the best trick for this burger to be a success , best burger I have ever made
Just made them today! Soooo good can't wait to make again
Guys, this one is a homerun. Don't be afraid to experiment a little with that sauce. I slipped in a little soy and used a different type of hot sauce. It was killer. I also made them smaller, and used dinner rolls. The kids destroyed them all, i got like 2 of em' before they cleaned house on 4lbs of meat lol. 10/10, easy and works best with a flat top but honestly you could use any pan.
Those kids went crazy on them😂
Tip: Use a full sheet of parchment paper that covers all the patties at once. This will help prevent the steam from burning your hands while smashing.
or use a stainless steel burger press and skip the paper altogether.
