nice revirew, but i am a noodle snob...i recomend pullimg the noodle when they are perfect hit them with cool water to stop cooking ditch the boild water, add new water set aside with the dry packets all ready hydrated.... bring up to just the right temp to eat and serve...we are talking night and day here...but if you dont want to get jaded...please dont try....
