Anastasia, I appreciate you showing how you brushed the cuticle by mistake. I find that I'm so nervous to make a mistake that I weigh any mistake, like this -something easily resolved - like the end of the world. You're so experienced and talented, if you made a mistake and move on from it, maybe I can do that without eviscerating myself across from my client (my mom is my only client lol)
😘
I’m not into yellow, but these are gorgeous! Now I’m rethinking my opinion of yellow
Too short for Almond Nails..?!? 😂 Love the new nails and design 😍🙌
Thanks , Elinda 🤗
I love yellow nails. Thanks for addressing the issue with curing yellow gel polish. I also find using super thin coats can help too
Great transformation!! It's awesome you were able to give her exactly what she wanted too.
Woosh, those were long, but very pretty! I would poke my eye out with those. lmao!
Absolutely stunning work and design… as always 💖 You never disappoint 💕
Thanks Anastasia for saving her nails. I bet those cracks were painful in most nails. 😔
Love those black leaves on top
Brilliant work!!! Gorgeous colours
Went a nail sail for the first time in 8 years and since becoming a tech . I wasn’t happy but I didn’t think almost every nail would have separated from th3 nail bed and some brown- which we treated as as a fungus just in case .. my nails were ruined.
Beautiful, love them 😍
Beautiful ❤
Thank you for showing the nails from the sides! If you could do it a wee bit longer it'd be perfect!
I like viewing nails from the sides because it shows the thickness of each nail. Viewing from the top does not. I prefer very thin (as thin as possible) artificial nails.
Love these nails!!!
Ditto I like the black leaves too gorgeous
Love love love your work.
You’re amazing in all ways.
Super cute personality
so cute spring nails💛🌼💚
Thank you 🤗
Beautiful, in love with that yellow color! 😍😛
Thank you!! 😊
you did SO good!
Stunning 😍
This is very helpful for me! I have several nails that grow downward
Wow 😍 you never stop amazing me. Those are stunning
Great work 👍
I'm going to try baby powder 😊 thanks for the tip ❤
Hope you like it!
Beautiful work!
Thank you so much 😀
Beautiful 😊
Amazing work ! As usual ❤
Thank you so much 😀
Very pretty
Yayyy you fixed the audio issue! So glad you were able to :) sounds great and I love the new video ❤
Yay, thank you!
Beautiful nails. ❤❤❤
Thank you! 🤗
Can you please do a review of the Dazzle Dry System? People are saying it replaces gel polish and doesn't damage nails at all, opposed to gel which is removed with a file or lifting which can make nails thin.
I have very thin nails and everything besides regular polish is damaging because the natural nail has to be buffed (filed) prior to applying gel. Even that tiny bit of buffing is damaging to thin nails.
it’s absolutely great literally a gel like finish and dries way faster than regular polish no light required
I'll check it out, looks similar to vinylux by CND system to me
seeing what they did to her natural nails has me feeling like that scene from the godfather "look how they massacred my boy" im so glad she found you to save them! (edit: omg youve done the impossible! yellow is my least favorite color and even i thought these were beautiful! now im seeing it in a whole new light)
It’s awful to watch what some so called professionals do to peoples nails 👀. Curved down nails are perfect for almond shape. Sure they’d be a little shorter but a new shape would be so fun. My pointers curve down and I had long natural nails for going on almost 4 decades. Now I like my extensions for see through designs and dimensional glitter. Takes me forever but the end result is worth it and makes me take some time for myself as a caregiver.
For many clients, it’s important to have a nail technician that listens to what they want their nails to look like. If the client prefers straight not curved down, it’s more professional to honor the client’s wishes than give them something else. Bottom line is professional nail technicians do what the client wants not what someone else thinks is best.
@@pandapanda8354 totally agree.
so pretty, I'm so jealous
I have a question. I have tried using bottle nail builder, and when I am filing all the gel filed off. What causes it?
These look so nice! I have a doubt though. I've seen that many times, when nails are growing downwards and the shape is corrected, I feel that the nails end up way to upward. Is it like a staple in nail art to have the nails like that? No hate, just curious, cause I've seen that a lot, and my natural nails, for example, don't grow downwards but neither do they grow so upward as I've seen with gel extensions. Thanksss.
PD: English is not my first language so maybe some of the sentences are constructed weirdly, I didn't know how to explain myself ahahah
Beautiful. What is the powder you used on the cuticles?
Now some brands offer it as "dry manicure powder", but regular non-scented baby powder works too
@@Nailcou thank you ☺️
Hi!!
Flowers are Australian wattle
Wow that was a transformation! Poor customer, that previous overlay could have damage her nail beds.
I have tried acrylic nails , poly gel nails , extensions etc. Nothing works I’m still allergic to everything and glue doesn’t stick Any suggestions on how to get beautiful nails
How about soft gel tips ?
A so-called professional who wanted to remove the overlays with a fake nail even with me saying no. Me screaming because it hurt. That was March. My nails are still jacked up.
So far? I've never gone to a nail salon that DIDN'T RUIN my nature nail! 😬😩😑. Now I do my own because I'm worried someone will mess up my natural nail length. I wonder if there is enough education and training especially for keeping natural nails long
Overlay is what I do at home.
💛 x
I hate yellow on nails.
Does no one else notice that these are not Anastasia’s hands doing this work? I’ve watched all her videos and I am 100% certain this is someone else.
I don’t mind it, I would just prefer honesty. If it’s a student or colleague just say so, it’s not that big of a deal. Lying about it feels weird though.
I've noticed. And not just in this video. You're right. Honestly, a bit disappointed 😑 Hoping she goes back to showing us her working.
True, I use help of my colleague who’s a former student, to record certain footage and use it in some videos. I didn’t think it was an issue but now that you mentioned it, I gave it another thought. And I think you’re right, not explaining it in the video, feels weird. Thank you for bringing it up
@@Nailcou I think it’s absolutely amazing that you’ve reconsidered your approach to this. Your reply has cemented the reason why I’m such a huge fan of yours. Thank you!
I think we’d love to know why we haven’t been seeing much of your work if you’re willing to share. Does it have to do with moving and not yet being licensed in your new location? Either way I still am here for all of your content and would love to know more about your students also, you’re obviously a great teacher they do amazing work.
The before and after is shocking 😳
That's why i'll never trust anyone with my long natural nails.
I will never understand why people don’t like it when their nails curve down. It’s natural. What’s not natural looking to me is nails that look like they are pointing up. I know some people like it but i can’t wrap my head around it at all. I wish my natural nails curved down when they grew naturally so it didn’t take so much work for me to sculpt them that way. I hate when my nails (or anyone else’s) look straight or like they are pointing up. 🤷🏼♀️ please chime in if you are like me and like them to curve down. I’m really curious to know if I’m the only one that thinks like me. 😅
