That set in the US would be 4-5 times higher in price. That’s if you can find someone to do that. There aren’t many places in my area that have the more creative options.
@@annienguyen8369 Lol, no, it's not cheap because of the currency conversion. Tina listed it in USD @ $30.75 and also exclaimed how good the price was. I've never gotten my nails done at any salon in North America and even I realize that this is a very economic price for the work done. For $30 USD, I might be able to buy 2 bottles of quality gel polish for that price. You should be thinking what the 'equivalent' price would be, not the 'currency exchange' price should be relative to the prices that each country pays for everyday things.
Haven't been to a nail salon in years but I'd definitely go to this one. The nail tech did an amazing job. This set was very nice. I appreciated how she really took her time and focused on the service. Even if the prices were a little higher it would be worth it.
This salon is so impressive! From the imagination, skill, and the incredible architectural style! Makes me think of the Star Trek-themed Optometrist I go to, lol ❤
If anyone wants to recreate this nail set, make sure you're wearing gloves when working with the solid gel. Touching it with your bare skin like she did in the video, will cause allergies!!! Make sure you're being safe
Definitely not paid enough! They have to split that money with the owner and if they take cards have to pay processing fees. So much work. What did they make $2/hour on the hair treatment?
Biotin and calcium are great if you are wanting thicker stronger nails. Biotin and calcium also help grow stronger bones/longer hair if your hair is thin and baby fine like mine is. I go to a nail tech once a month and get like a hard gel over my natural nail. Every bit helps.
such a cute salon and great service! my favorite of the 3 designs you chose are the magnetic glitter ones with the square border, very pretty 🤩 I think I would fidget with the sculpted white ones too much and be touching them/rubbing them all the time cause of the texture and how 3-D they are (I do this whenever I use any sort of charm or 3-D element on my own nails tho 😅). love your nail vids so much!! they’re my favorite content you do 🫶💅
Your version was perfect 👍🏼 they did a great 😌 job. I also liked how the nail artist had her own nails done too. Here in Nebraska you don’t see that very often, but I as a nail technician I always have my nails done by myself lol with two different nail designs on each hand 😅
This video is going to come in so handy for me today because I’m going to my nail tech I wanted my nails shortened just like you did but I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to explain it right and now I can just show her. Thank you
Looks great! I wonder how affordable it is for locals in their wage and currency? Is that considered expensive? It’s definitely a great price by American standards for a higher level of manicure than basic .
i just came back from my trip to vietnam and i miss it so so much ˙◠˙ besides missing family+food I MISS THE MASSAGES AND HAIR WASHES! i legit never washed my own hair my entire trip there (26 days lol) bc each wash was $1-2. i felt so spoiled lol it was amazing
The design is amazing! Can almost see the nail tech's reflection on the chrome nail when she applied the top coat! The white nail was interesting. Two things it reminded me of- a cute white puffy jacket or 3 rows of teeth lol 🤣
Dang thats so nice. It looks so cool and also relaxing. I do hope the ladies wear gloves and avoid touching gels with their hands like the putty. Its a very big culprit for developing allergies and ending up with dermatitis due to methacrylates, acrylates (in lash glue, other adhesives, dentures, hearing aids, rubber, some random solvants, soft contacts), builder gels can also have cyanoacrylates which is also in nail glue, super glue. Idk why it seems to cause more allergies when its used on nails rather than when its in other stuff. But this means if you develop an allergy you cant get liquid stitches, may have difficult time touching rubber, contacts, lash glue, hearing aids, dentures. Basically they should avoid touching it at all costs
Good afternoon from the U.K and 😮that was amazing and so stunning and for the price, thank you for sharing, I would definitely go back to the salon, at one time I would have been going, but had some bad experience, its taking a few years now to have my nails looking normal again ❤
I have a question. I know in many countries you don’t tip when you are eating at a restaurant, do you tip at a nail salon or is that wrong to do? I agree with you that was a screaming deal.
It's so weird, I didn't know what to watch on TH-cam and suddenly wanted to watch a nail art video, in particular one one your channel. So popped on over and immediately, it's the first video I see and uploaded yesterday just yesterday yayyyyyyyy
I hope you tipped everyone generously 😢 its cheap there for us because our dollar is strong but they still work very hard just to have a living wage ❤ nail techs are the most underrated and underpaid in the beauty industry
That chain on your thumb will drive you nuts. I try to keep 3D off thumbs because when we are getting dressed etc you just keep knocking and catching thumbs when they have embellishments. Not my favourite set that you have had done 😔 was a bit disjointed but definitely futuristic! Also I’m sure the inspo pic was more of a white chrome rather than the silver 🤔 Definitely going to study some of those other designs you had flashing on the screen when it’s not 3.30am in the morning 🙄🤣🤣 Looked like some cool designs. Can’t wait for the next one 💅💅💅

Yes more nail Videos!
How long did the nail design take? You forgot to say this time 🥺
Everything is always cheaper in Vietnam and Thailand! So much cheaper than Korea! They did a great job!
It depends on the value of the currency from your country.
@@PinkRose0910still cheaper in pretty much all south east asia than korea
Watching this as a nail tech was such a treat. They put so much care into their work and are incredibly creative.
Incredible price for such detail, wow! The designs matched perfectly too 😊
The final look is just so charming, they are so talented and the designs are adorable 🤎
I love it 🤍

Honey, it’s only cheap for you cuz of currency exchange lol that price is crazyyyyyyyyyy high for a lot of Vietnamese people.
@@annienguyen8369 I’m sorry. I didn’t realize

@@amandaterrio4823 Please, let me ask if there is any place in the US that gets nails done like that
@@amandaterrio4823 I also hope there is a nail salon like that in America

I love that you always walk us through the process!
Wow the salon looks really fun! I love good architecture
Interior Designer not architecture
So nice supporting Vietnamese businesses! I am traveling to my birth country next year, so excited 😊
omg chillex!

Seems to me like those lovely ladies working in that salon are not making nearly enough money for the amazing artists they are.
Nope, they do, they really do lol
Maybe around $5/hour if that
Definitely not paid enough! They have to split that money with the owner and if they take cards have to pay processing fees. So much work. What did they make $2/hour on the hair treatment?
wow all the services look very premium for the prices. this would be an amazing place for a girls trip 😍 thx for sharing
I love the NA's nails, the stars, moon and clouds. I love everything celestial and would have asked her to do mine just like hers 😍
Insanely beautiful, props to your nail tech! 👏..I just have one question: How long did it take her to do your manicure?
That set would legit cost at least $140+ in Canada!
It's such a cool environment!! Looks relaxing✨

Omg thank you for the video, my hotel is 6 mins away from the salon. Was going to get it done korea but im going try here instead
Yes try them out and get your hair washed! It’s so good
she did such a stunning job
Warum entspannt mich das Video so.. tolle Arbeit 😊

They are very talented nail artists! I can’t believe the price! I would leave them a good tip! 💕
Very affordable. Did the designs last as long as those you paid more in other countries ?
Thank you for supporting Viet Nam, Chị
$30!!!! That's insane! Wow!
Here it would be $130!
Wow, if only there was one here in USA even if it's a little bit more, but wow
I also hope there is a nail salon like that in America
They look amazing, they did a great job.
I wish nails were that cheap & beautiful in America!
Wow, I’m OBSESSED!!!! I wish they were a chain all over the world, I’d pay so much for such cute nails!!!❤
In California it would be like 300$ easy
Omg! The price 😩
with that price, in Australia you just get manicure with shellac 🙃🙃
Great nails. I think these are much more manageable designs
I wanna go to Vietnam and Thailand just for there spas, they're such high quality spas with great prices 😭 nowadays everything is overpriced
Absolutely amazing talent!
I wasn’t feeling the silver nail but I really liked the gel putty nail was cute when not painted white.

This might be a weird question, but doesn't your hair ever get stuck in the nail design gems/jewels/etc when you run your hand through your hair?
they came out sooo good!!!! super cute
Those were so perfect and what a deal such precision you don’t get that in the states

my nails are thin as too, but they still grow to 1 to 2 inches in length (naturally)
It looks really good, how long did the whole thing take? The magnetic looks more aura or velvet style than cat eye though.
I religiously wait for your new uploads of nail videos.
Clean job, and a very affordable manicure
She did a brilliant job!

Wow, these nails are amazing…. Great work. I may have to use some these designs…🙋🏽♀️💯🫰🏽❤️
In USA this would be like 300$ easy
If only American sales were this inexpensive! That’s a major blessed deal! Bc most salons my friends go to say it’s quite expensive TT.
That's because it's expensive to live in the US and nail techs deserve a living wage😊
Remember currencies! You have us dollars, thats why is inexpensive for US citizens.
That is so cheap ! And it came out so well !!! 🫢🫢
Woah… the price difference compared to getting nail art done in the UK!!
Wow! That's nail prices from like 15 years ago in the US 😢
What are those pretty gel polishes at the start omg
Just curious, how is everything going with your own shop?
Wow that's cheap. Amazing job by the way. Tipping them wud be great too. 😊😊😊
Wow. It’s too good to be true but TRUE! ❤😂

In US, it is around $150-180 for that set. 😂😅
I swear everytime Tina uploads ... her videos literally stalk me like it's everywhere 😂(probably because I always watch her videos)
Does our nails or fingers hurt when v file the top of our nail n expose it to UV light? Does it burn?
I m curious I never had my nails done 😶

I mean idk how u get your gems and stones on but in Vietnam they make sure to encapsulate EVERYTHING, nothing gets caught, like ever.
Hi there! Did you try to book an appointment ahead of time or they were able to take you as a walk in?
Try Popcoat from Indonesia!!!
Nicely Done Tina Yong

wow such talent !! I need to visit Vietnam
Hi my name is alivia, and I watched 3 of ur videos and I’m loving it ! Tysm you’re the best ❤…

They all came out adorable, but i didn't really care for the puffy one.
WOW, so beautiful 😍
Hi! Can I ask if have you already tried Curacoro’s nail needs? I am curious with them lol, just wanna know if you’re familiar with this brand
im a ginger and im always concerned about how much UV my hands get with all the gel nails I do.. this is a great idea
Use sunscreen before you do the nail
i’m very pale and i cover my hands with sunscreen before doing my nails
absolutely gorgeous!!! so beautiful!!!
Beautiful!
I hope you tipped the hair washer and the nail techs about five times what you paid, because they are not getting paid what they're worth
Agree! $6.75?! 🤯 that’s really sad
Oh gosh. IT’S EVEN CHEAPER THAN INDONESIA 😭😭
In the states that would be maybe 160 or 180
