    What pressure are you using and for how long ?
    What temperature do you use ?
    Have you tried to play with these pressure and temperature and found your sweet spot ?

    If you dose 19.6g your yeld should be 40g in 26 to 33 sec, what's your opinion of 41 sec of time extraction??

      Kinly check one of my videos on brew ratios, regarding pre infussion & the brewing times.
      As coffee speciality baristas, we are not fixed in ratios & methologies.
      Brewing time & ratios depends on coffee profiles, the age of coffee etc.

      41 seconds is the total brewing time, inclusive of the pre~ infusion time (15sec ) , reffer also to one of my videos on what is pre infusion.
      To be precise, my brewing time after the espresso droped into the cup is 26 seconds.
      There is a calculation of 41 - 26 = 15 .
