Dr Lowe, thank you very much for this video! I tried everything for my eczema and after years of topical steroids, I‘m on dupixent since 3 months. However, my face is still severe and I have eczema on my body. My doctors just want to give me more steroids. What are your thoughts about TSW? Do you have any connections to doctors in Switzerland or the area that you recommend?

Hello, I am very glad you liked the video. TSW is a well recognized phenomenon that can come from prolonged use of topical steroids. Steroids, in general, have many side effects, and for that reason their use is avoided for extended periods of time. No, I don't have any connections to doctors in Switzerland. Your treating dermatologists are the best caregivers to discuss these matters with, since they are most familiar with your history. Give Dupixent a fair chance, and discuss patch testing with your provider. I wish you a speedy recovery. Thanks for watching.
