Thank you Lucas for making this amazing series! You really made a nice GTD design to be used in many apps.

Thank you for the time you’ve taken to put this together. I actually use Sorted 3 and have used some of your lessons to put together a plan of my own. Keep up the great work

Lucas, thank you for the time and effort to help us learn how to optimize TickTick. I've been using it for a while but couldn't get as much as I wanted out of it. With you're lessons, I'm getting much better at organization. Best Regards, Arjun.

I have a Tasks & Reminders list, but I sometimes don't know where to put certain things. for example: I have to renew a subscription which is technically a Reminder right? but isn't renewing a subscription a Task aswell? I sometimes can't understand the difference

There is definitely a grey area sometimes. Both can be checked off, so it's up to you to interpret what is what. I try to default to phrasing something as actionable as possible, so renewing a subscription is an action (task) I can plan for in the future

Thanks for these videos, I'm enjoying TickTick. I highly recommend you try the Windows shortcut for adding an emoji (Windows + ;) or (Windows + .)

What do you do with an action that you can not perform until a specific date (i.e. a start date)? Where do you put them until the specific date/time?

    Hi Lucas,
What theme or version are you using? My tick tick looks very, very different. Thanks for your help

Hi, this video is almost 2 years old - this is how TickTick looked back then. You can watch my newer TickTick videos or take my TickTick course to get an up-to-date version! lucasprigge.com/ticktick-course/

For ther calendar function, is it possible to show everything from my Outlook calendar on TickTick too BUT not to show TickTick items on my Outlook Calendar? I want the Outlook Calendar relatively clean.

I don't use Outlook so I can't verify but you may be able to create Outlook filters to exclude TickTick-generated items
