@@cherryblossom14689 that means be confident and point the racket towards the shuttle in defensive postiton pull it towards the back gallery or push it towards net . And take a step back when you know he is going to smash to get advance of losing its momentum
@@cherryblossom14689 if you feel like your opponent is going to smash the shuttlecock right to your body, keep the net of the racket on your body especially the chest area. And also hold the racket up in the read position all the time. Don’t put it down

yes, badminton never cease to amaze me. That's why i now play ONLY badminton. I played baseball, hockey, tennis, table tennis when i was younger but badminton is king of sport. Badminton has many movement of other sports, playing badminton cover my excitement of many other sports.

I totally agree with you I also want to include golf since everybody thinks its a boring sport unless you are the one hitting the ball and you can actually feel the pressure and the staring of the spectators, pros and other players judging you which forces me to overthink

Amazing! I fell in love with Pickleball 4 years ago, and have been watching Pickleball, Badminton, Table Tennis and Tennis videos ever since. We get Tennis snobs that insist Pickleball is for old folks, even though the pace is about twice what it is in Tennis. Do you guys get that too? I hope to get an opportunity to play Badminton at some point in the future, but there is SO MUCH Pickleball everywhere I go and I like it so much that there's not much chance I'll be changing.
