To be fair, Prannoy was not morally wrong if he felt that the shuttle did cross the court.
Shuttle was nowhere near going over
@@littleman787 yeah that is what we see. But things are hazy from players pov.
@@sktbizmathprogphy433 if you play, you know when your shuttle has not gone over, especially when you are literally cm from the net
You see in his reaction immediately after the point that he also knew it didnt go over. Its so clear that it would be ridiculous for him to think otherwise as well.
That was an outrageous moment, protesting the correct decision being made...tells you a lot about a player's character imop.
@@littleman787 If you go frame by frame it clearly does go over. Hard to see when the video is playing because it is on Prannoy's side for 1 frame
4:25 i mean a shirt is so cheap compared to a professional racket, throwing another player’s racket is like asking to be fined
The one thing that I really hate the most is, when players start celebrating the errors of their opponents.
jan jorgensen kicking his racket is not at all justified. it was his fault he lost, the racket gave him a good company, lest was treated miserably by its owner. very sad
It should be Axelsen vs ginting not Axelsen vs prannoy for chou tien match vs ginting, he knew that shuttle didn't hit the ground and got the point but didn't offer the point to chou even prannoy didn't get the point. It shows your biasness towards the Indonesian and that crowd deserved the boe.
Kissing the racket is more like a ritual of paying respect to inanimate objects that are important to you in India. Some call it respect to not throwing others kissing.
1:47 the shuttle did cross the net, put it in 0.25x speed, you can see something white on prannoy's racket before it crossed and when it was on his side
Interestingly no mention of Kevin!
whenever it comes to rudeness, we'll know dam well it's gonna be from Denmark.
It is literally not shi yuqis fault man if he cant bear it let him not i dont think we know the intensity of the injury he got
I'm kinda split on the boe one. They were booing him but it's not really the right way to resolve it.
Anyone 2024?
Shi yu qi retired is the weird one
I’ve lost count how many times chou has been robbed in crucial stages of his matches because of poor umpiring. BWF has been a disgrace to this man
The last Denmark pair did the right thing, the crowd was disrespecteful, so they put them in their place
i dont think its prannoys fault misunderstandings like that happen in the heat of the moment and blaming each other isnt right
Joegensen really think that he can beat LIN DAN 😂😂
He has, 6 times. Lin Dan has beaten him 9 times.
Gilmour 🤣
Axl should've gave 2 free points to chou. bcs Chou should got +1 point, if not for the umpire mistakes.
Liu yu chen is one of my fav mens doubles players and i was like is he gonna throw the racket?!? Glad he didnt hahaha
Chirag Shetty always kisses his racket before stepping on court don't know why. Maybe he thinks that god will bring some luck to him or as video said he respects his racket very much
Not that god will give luck...We respect such things on our daily manners
For me its not exactly kissing the racket. If you have seen indians playing kabaddi, they touch the ground and kiss their hands to pay respect to the terrain they play. Here its the same. He touches the court with his racket and kisses it.
It can also be treated as a sign of respect for the game. Kidambi also does a similar thing every time he steps on the court.
Because he is a Hindu, that is Hindu culture, we also respect our cars, bikes, pens etc in the same way, everything which runs our lives, we respect them like a living being.
serious action should be taken against that danish couch.
what an odd video to make? No one is doing anything particularly wrong, but are displayed as such. It's game, stakes are high, pressure is on. Everyone reacts in a certain way under certain conditions

Can someone explain lee vs prannoy thing, the shuttle clearly crossed the net then the block came
He cross the net
Shi Y Q always can't handle defeat. Shame.
Prannoy was very annoying and no sportsmanship, already knew that the shuttlecock didn’t cross the net yet want to fight to rob the point from LJH!
once +++++++ ,always ++++++++
Thats why jan o jorgensen does not deserve the best player like gade, vittingus or axelsen...his attitude is sucks during match or out of match

5:00 A lot of people remembered SHI Yuqi's withdrawal on match point; however, they should also NOT forget that LEE Chong Wei also withdrew on match point against LIN Dan for the 2013's World Championship final!
he couldn’t even stand tho, and here shi yu qi was jus clearly being a bad sport and not trying to lose to momota
Hey stupido, lee chong wei cannot stand anymore at that match, as well as ginting during match against shi yuqi at asian games 2018 mens team final because of cramp...do you think same situation happen to shi yuqi with momota?

Who cares about the Jorgensen thing? Of course the Chinese players aren't going to throw an expensive racket, and who wants to touch a wet sweaty shirt if they don't have to? For all we know, it might have landed in Iskandar's box. Seems like quite a reach lol.

Pranoy hit the shuttle and it did went over the next that was a fair point to pranoy

@@littleman787 you’re blind buddy. Take a look at it at 0.25x speed. And then get back here
@mouli4867 it didn't cross little buddy, if it did cross, why did it appear on prannoy's side before it touch the ground? Prannoy hit the shuttle INTO the net, pushing it to look like its on the Malaysian side and then only return back to his own side. You do know that the net is not like a wall right? Its not going to reflect once the shuttle hits it, its going to absorb it before pushing it back out
@zirconia1205, are we watching the same thing? Shuttle had crossed the net and pranoy blocked it. Prannoy’s racket did not cross the net.
@@ajaymysore what you just said is all true. But we aren't talking about the racket, we are talking about the shuttle.
