Thank You Charles this is such a help for any fighter. The level depth that Cuban fighters have really highlights why Cuban fighters have continued to dominate the amateur game and the Olympics.
I made 10 round workout out of this. Half a round each slip. Last 2 rounds I randomly slipped my shadow opponents attacks with counter. Thanks again, sir.
Valuable techniques and strategies as always thanks again 4 sharing! This indeed gives me some boxing 2 work on until my ankle heel up from a grappling accident sparring over the weekend 4 I can plant on my right.✌ & 🙏 2 your team, fans, friends, & family 4 VIDA "REMAIN REAL"!
Hey Charles, love the channel! How about a video dedicated to your approach to the clinch? TH-cam has surprisingly little/poor resources on the subject. Thanks!
Hi coach Charles. Looking great as always. Just wondering why that small detail of using the foot for slipping right and left no other coach in TH-cam mentioned it before. From where did you knew that technique? I learned it from your channel and now I implement it on my shadow boxing and I teach other beginners on it also.
Sorry and I have other question hopefully you answer 😊 I just don’t know why sometimes slip in the lead foot and sometimes on the rear foot. What is the scenarios to use this and that?
The lead foot is more for when you react to something unexpected or when you attack, the rear foot slip is normally when you bait your opponent with the lead foot and come jnto range and slip on the rear foot after.
Coach great job. Do you train boxers? He have all the skills and knowledge. Thank you for sharing. Remember I was a baseball player from Cuba so I'm still learning the little things in boxing. Have a great one everybody.
His videos are from fully equipped gym, he shows things you can barely see somewhere else. Do you think he is just a random youtuber making videos for fun? :D :D :D
@@dodik465 you know what you're right. You're perfect. I go to the Cubans gyms also. How do you know that's his house that's kind of strange. You're acting a little weird. Stupid questions are going to get done with stupid answers
Thanks!

ive been analysing boxing and what boxers do instinctively

One million thanks coach Charles.
👍
Would have been nice if you had a partner to show the slips being applied
🇨🇺🥊💪🔥👍
I m learning slip from u . But I can't find any duck or Bob & weave videos am I missing or u haven't made one 🙏🙏
not yet
when slip left why the right shoulder doesn't cover the jaw making open space for a fist ?
i'm using my glove to protect my jaw b7t you can use the shoulder
@@Charlessalbox indeed , i noticed it and check over doing it similarly. Just i prefer a shoulder on the jaw since i feel more secure
Can I rotate my hips without rotating my foot that much???
Is that possible somehow?
