On behalf off all your viewers I'd like to say thank you for recording it this time lol seriously it was nice to see it all go back together makes more sense of it all. As you know I read the comments it's where much can be learnt and boy Terry Robinson did he share some valuable and interesting information excellent 👍

Hi Jon, yes he's a gold mine of info, all very valuable stuff, Sunday, clutch stop brake setting video!
I'm becoming paranoid about pushing record buttons. Theres nothing worse than putting all the time and effort in to find you haven't pushed record, even had it happen on the audio and it took 30 minutes to realise, of course then you've gotta go back and do it again. and it's never as good the second time.
      many thanks
      Barry

Very good detail! Definitely will be handy when I get around to mine. Interesting that it doesn't need to be completely disassembled to change out the seal only. I think that's what I'll do to mine, just change out the seal. Thanks for the shout out again!

Hi Shane, you will need something substantial to hold it with while removing, I made up a frame from my old engine frame, thinking that I could bolt it to it and work on it, boy was i wrong. Mine was on casters as well, which didn't help, ended upon the bench.
      many thanks

Another excellent video Barry. Just a quick observation, usually there are 224 O-Rings hidden inside the pinion shaft collar.. hopefully you changed these o-rings after dis-assembly/machining the pinion shaft - to prevent final drive oil leakage along the shaft into the brake drum. Have seen these o-ring cracked a few times.. and very tricky to remove siezed collar from inside the housing just saying... Perhaps your barbecuing trick inside the brake drum creates a permanent bond seal between these components! keep up the great work.

Hi Campbell, thanks for that, no i didn't get them as the collars were stuck solid, only pleaed the bearings were in good nick
one to watch for the future, may have to revisit if we get oil creeping along the shafts
      many thanks

@manfromthemist1958 Yes, very much so. I remember going as a child in the school holidays and having lunch in the canteen, and my Dad taking me round and having a ride in a tractor or two 🙃

      Hi Ken,
the two wheel drive version is 5754lbs or just over 2.5 ton, you wouldn't want that on your toes!
Has your fergi got a generator or alternator?
      many thanks
