    Have it for nearly 11 years now, almost 145k miles. not gonna lie, i slept in the trunk for a year during college when i found out the first time I can pop my seat down. only fixed fuel cap, abs sensor.
    that baby saved me a lot of money. I’m still keeping it until another 11+ years!

      @raftika1 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Daniel Zamora mine is at 130k and only issue is that the ac compressor went out at around 128k mark so that was kinda costly and I accidentally broke off a bolt when I tried changing the spark plug stupid bolt was like seized or corroded and it wouldn’t come out and the bolt snapped when I was unscrewing it.. that was the first time the spark plugs were ever changed at 115k is when that happened so that bolt has been on there for a long time... I wonder if any other Camry owners have had that issue

    • @raftika1

      TCL the bolt that holds down the ignition coil. Are the boots to your ignition coil not bolted down by a screw?

    This car has more room than a lot of SUVs. I have 2 kid seats and there's still room for a tall adult.
    There is a rear air con vent.
    It's cheap.
    Its reliable.
    Parts are easily available.
    Great sound system.
    It's cheap.
    It goes on forever.
    Easy smooth to drive.
    It has good resale value.
    These are all the reasons I bought mine. It ticked all my boxes. It's not a bad looking vehicle either. It's not exactly cool or hip... but hey you get so much more, I thought I'd sacrifice on cool sexy exterior!

    🌴 I bought my 2011 Camry new , paid $20,000 it’s got the 2.5 4 cyl motor , and I’ve never 👈🏼 had any issues that weren’t my fault , it got regular oil changes of Castrol full synthetic oil,fresh air filters, tire changes , I’ve put three batteries in it , wiper blades all regular maintenance stuff ,it’s now 3/8/24 . The car has 197,000 miles on it , it runs smooth , it is my first Toyota , a year ago I bought a 2002 Toyota SUV SR5 V6 3400 , it’s 2wd,this model was made in Japan and is in really great shape , I paid $4,700 tax title license $5000, I wouldn’t sell it ever ! It was owned by a soccer mom out of Sebring , yes it had the optional Disney stickers on the back window ! Best cars ever !

      @navi_exl 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Also is a nice commuter car and has good peppy acceleration and has a nice sound to the engine and it's not bad for the 4-cyl compared from the 07-09 raspy 4-cyl

      how are the hubcaps? any issues? noisy? does it affect the turning? wonder how much the oem alloys cost.

    • @navi_exl
      @navi_exl 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      My Nam the hubcaps are fine they don’t seem annoying when driving them. They cost about 30-45$ each when you order them online as oem. I actually got into an accident with it because I’ve been owning it for the last 8 months. my mom got a 17 Ford Focus sel. Someone jumped in front of me at a intersection and ran into them when I had the right of way and now my driver side is messed up bad. And now I have to have insurances go at each other and take my car into the shop when they write me a check to fix the damages on my Camry.

But something tells me to avoid debt specially for a car. so wondered what to buy if i have to save money for it. And i think used toyota are the best. I just have a question. Used, how long can a 2011 toyota camry LE sesan last? And are they better than the 2012 toyota camry 2 AR-Fe engine, 6 speed automatic transmission, 2.5 liter/4 cylinder? I'm looking for what version is really best go to and affordability and durability.

    Hello. Do you know where and how I can get additional car key? I just purchased this vehicle but the dealer only had one key. Some tell me I can go to Home Depot/Lowes, but most are saying you have to get it cut?? any insight? thanks

    • @HowToCarGuy
      @HowToCarGuy  8 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      +Nicole Carter You will be best off going to the dealer. The dealer will offer OEM parts and the piece of mind of knowing it will work properly with your specific vehicle. I apologize for taking so long to respond!!! I hope this helps.

    • @HowToCarGuy

      You should be able to check the MPG by pressing the stalk on the dash that you would press to also check the odometer mileage or trip "A" and "B" mileage.

      Remix Baby Good insight. This particular review was only to cover the basic operational features and not so much the more complex features. I don't have access to a 2011 Camry with those features at this time but when one becomes available I will definitely make clips to cover Bluetooth and Voice Command. Thanks for the input and have a great day!

    • @Shinesaur

      hybrid is half electical so it has a battery and it gets way more MPG but usually they run slower and batterys tend to blow out after 100k miles

      No issues that I know of. This Camry would make an excellent car for you if it has been properly maintained. I would ask about the service history - just be sure it has had the recommended servicing and you should be ok. Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a wonderful day, my friend!

      Bought one 8 years ago, and really had no major issues, still drives smooth. I have the v6 3.5l., very smooth engine but costs a little more to maintain. Had to replace the alternator and a squeaky idler pulley. While I was in there did the plugs as well. That's all I hv done in 8 years. Very reliable car, for the money. Not stylish. Just a point a to point b car.
