Joe, As I sit here and watch your latest video, I am in awe of your talented videographic skills. I have been following you for years and I just wanted to say thank you for all you do. Thank you for sticking with your profession . I know there have been good times and bad but your perseverance has shown you the way through them. I think I can speak for a lot of us in saying how much we enjoy watching you bring us the great outdoors. Your videos have helped all of us through some tough times as well so , thank you again for taking us along for the ride.

I would agree. His videos took a pretty serious dip for a while there, it was obvious he was depressed and going through some stuff and was just going through the motions to keep money coming in. I'm glad to see he seems to be enjoying things again. Wish nothing but the best for Joe.

I'm in my late 70s. and we had a canvas tent just like yours 60 odd years ago. We used it throughout Scotland, England, lake District and Wales. Slept 3 comfortably, no heater though, didn't have that type of comfort back then, just double sleeping bags each. Wolf has got bigger and seems very contented.

Joe, I’ve done the same thing you did on as Honda. Quick trip around the block slid in some gravel and layed it down. It wasn’t neat as bad a wreck as yours but something just makes us do that sometimes. I can’t explain it but onward and upward. God is not finished with us. Counting my blessings and going forward. Just know you are not alone. Live your videos!

Maybe use a flat rock on top of the stove pipe in place of the spark arrester to work as a damper. Use it to close off as much as you need it dampened

Hi Joe,I'm glad you are OK, I'm watching your videos from my hospital bed.I had a rough breathing episode from COPD from Cigs.I'm 62,started smoking at 12.I should have listened when people said to stop smoking but didn't. WOW!! at 31:42 that sun is still high in the sky where I am in Alberta. Sunsets are truly magical are they not? No sunset for us right now. We are having s Spring blizzard!! That's funny at the end when you said: "Dog hair! Like crazy!". Yup welcome to the spring shedding season. As you know, they shed all the time!!
I just had to put my 15 year old dog down yesterday. Seeing you with Wolfie in the sunset brought a tear to my eye. Cheers buddy

Joe man I just want to say that you have a great community of people watching and supporting you. I’ve recently come across a community on TH-cam whose whole subreddit is dedicated to ripping them to shred over every little thing including things I think are inappropriate to talk about so flippantly on the internet. That has really given me a new perspective on really nice caring active communities like yours. I’m blessed that you have fostered a community that’s so consistently drama free and nice.
One thing I think you could learn from my experience is how to let this stuff not bother you. I watched one of your past update videos recently and I think you have to have a better distinction between stuff you listen to and stuff you completely ignore. That’s really about finding your own identity and knowing what is worth listening to and what’s just outside of the purview of what you want. I’m glad you are finding your groove and that I’ve found your content again.

love that tent! looks roomy and easy to set up. Also looks like you have drone footage to add to your videos...that could be very cook when you do you 10 day trips to get a good look at the lakes you are on.
Love an A frame tent. Ya can not beat them in my book. Good floor space, minimum poles, good in that rain and snow slide right off.
