    Matagal na akong naghahanap ng ng paggawa ng stable icing ang nakikita ko yong may vegetable shortening, ayaw ko ng may vegetable shortening kaya itong procedure ninyo ang susubukin kong gawin pag nagbake ako.       Yes pede po gel or powder food color... Pag kalagay po ni sugar syrup, continue whisk lang po hangang sa lumamig... Pag malamig na pede na po kayo mag add ng food color. 😊

    I’ve tried this just now and it turns out too liquidy kasi ganito po ginawa ko:
    1cup white sugar and 1/8 cup ng water parang nagcrystallize lng yong sugar sa pan at parang masusunog kaya nilagyan ko another 1/8 cup
    2. Pagbeat ko sa egg hindi gaanong fluffy kagaya ng sa video, i dunno wat went wrong

      Hmmmm pag lagay po nung caramelized sugar eh nag watery na yung merengue? Or di na po fluffly si egg white talaga sa umpisa palang?

      Wala pong oil, water, egg yolk si egg white bago po i whisk... Then if ilalagay naman po si caramelized sugar sa meringue normal na halo po while pouring the caramelized na dahan dahan..yun nasa video po yun na yun po talaga procedure ko...

      @@loveofbaking8776 yes po thank u po.. siguro don po ako ngkamali ng lagay sa caramelized sugar kasi baka napadami ng water... ask ko lang po, sinunod ko po na 1cup ng white sugar then 1/8cup ng water sa medium heat, pero bakit hindi po ng turn into liquid yong caramelized sugar, namumuo lng po talaga and parang aktong nagbabrown at masusunog

      Yes po ako yan gamit ko manipis lang lagay ko saka ko baluyan fondant.. Iba po ganache gamit nila bago ibalot si fondant.

    hi po im new here yan po b yung pwedeng gawing coating s buong cake and also pang design nadin po? they don't like the (with butter) po kasi e mas gusto nila ang sweet.

      Pag kulo po ilalagay na sa meringue mixture.. Kasi po pag lumamig si syrup eh titigas yan maging candy na..
