Daihatsu Hijet sub box build, now with more detail!

A subscriber asked if I could build him a sub box like mine, so I did, and this time I took measurements so you could build one too. Some cutting of dash and air box required...
Box is to spec for a 6.5" dvc Sundown Audio subwoofer. Tuned to 40hz with an internal air volume of about 0.35 cubic feet.

Did you have to upgrade your battery or alternator for all the mods being done?

I'm still running the stock alternator but I did install a larger battery to compensate for the electrical load but also because I needed an AGM battery to install sideways when I relocated it. Stock battery would probably have been ok since I also changed every bulb to LED so it balances out probably.
