How to make Surface Crochet!

Surface Crochet is super handy to make embroidery details on your kitted or crocheted fabric, but it can also be great to reinforce garments in certain places where they might sag or stretch with wear like at necklines. I actually use this technique in my Coco Jacket to reinforce the shoulders.
