Here's the video breaking down how the reactor works: • I turn Plastics into F...
I believe with the world wide crisis we are facing now, we require a world wide solution. And this is why I believe we need decentralized devices such as this Reactor. Think about it, even if there is just 1 reactor in every community, that will put a huge dent in plastic waste and pollution.
Due to this, I do not wish to make a singular specialized Reactor, once I master and complete this one, I want to make all different types, of all different scales and sizes.

If you could make like a community post thing for ideas and comments and stuff like that it’d be cool, i’m sure a lot of people want to try to help if they can and even still, another opinion and more ideas couldn’t hurt, also i rlly like what ur doing, gonna be watching all your tiktok and youtube videos

I just found your channel through a short being recommended to me. I just subscribed to follow the wild stuff youre designing and what youre up to. Cheers!
This some Nikola Tesla type shit.
Like i just watched one of his vids from 2 years ago this is crazy🎉
Bro, I love your content! My dad is a plastics manufacturer, so I’ve been around it very closely my entire life. This is so incredible!
Yo your passion for this is amazing never seen this, keep fighting for what you love!!! You have an incredible mind
I LOVE the work! With the screws bending, a possible fix "although not sure if possible" make a spinning inner drum thats at a slight angle with stationary screws welded to the side. Not sure if possible but would definitely make it to where ifn a malfunction of sorts did occur it wouldn't be as rough of a blow
You came quite far since your first reactor. With your dedicaton, success is only a matter of time!
hey make sure you get this machine pattented. That way if you explain it somebody can’t legally steal your invention
no do not patent. they use the patent office to shelf dozens of stuff. This is how they keep secrets secret.
It’s not really a new process it probably already has one
This was invented in 1877 by a Russian scientist already, he’s just upgrading and modifying it
It’s called a microwave pyrolysis machine
take care of yourself bro don't accept a drink from somebody else
XD true
Not funny but yeah you're life is on risk rn careful bud
This has been done for over a century. It is not used because it is not efficient. You need to burn more fuel than it gives out.
Oil industry goes brrrrrrrrrr
if i were him these sort of comments would be my least favorite, i dont think ive seen him leave a like on any of these
I want to ask you something. at 4:30 is it safe to burn that gas directly? I think you should let that gas go through water to prevent that canister from exploding and do same thing to that main generator gas output cuz I think it can be dangerous and when it explode it can be expensive to repair that pipe. Keep it up and stay safe bro
Wishing you well bro ❤
Hey, might be a good idea to add a support beam spanning the inner length of the tube. Your blades can be attached to this for support and added rigidity. Have it run untill the opening and add a socket on the door to support the weight on that side :) it will allow you better translation of force and for it to remain uniform down the barrel, also will allow you a larger range of modifications in the future. Hope I explained that well and best of luck:)
I believe you can optimize the magnetrons.
One big transformer will have much less power loss than those 8 small ones. Be careful though as winding and using your own can be fatal
i am a young inventor and inspired by your work, i would love to learn more about how these things work and what chemicals do what. i just don’t know where to start
any books someone could recommend possibly?
@@thewhitespot2852 it's really not that impressive, hand crafting the set-up is probably the most difficult part. But the rest is pretty basic organic chemistry and heat physics chapter. The plastic hydrocarbons melt, evaporate and when condensed are separated into different containers because different hydrocarbon vapours have different temperature condensation points depending on what kind of chemical they are.
Oh yeah and to make this profitable or somewhat useful, you'll need to scale that set-up by like a factor of 100 if not more.
this is extremely fascinating, i gotta ask though why do you do this or what motivates you? love how you explain everything in detai.
This is world changing! How are you only doing this alone and not on a broader scale?
Will you also explain all of the tubes and wires? Where they come from, where they go, and what they do?
Can't deny that he's put a lot of work in. Would love if the frame was more full or if there was an explanation for why it's not yk?
Could you use the residual heat to refine your product.
Im impressed you're going places. Stay safe and keep up the good work
Amazing! I hope theres no damage when it comes to the fumes or the radiation from the microwaves.
I’m interested to see your distillation system. Have spent three years working with distillation systems for natural gas and carboxylic acids
you should also use a GFC just incase it pops the bag and cause some possible bruises. you should also put multiple pipes that goes to a single condensing pipe to increase equal distribution, unless if you create a circular device like a cooking pot. you should see if you can create something with the carbon like ski's and go skiing, would make great content.
Use nitrogen to purge the chamber when you back-fill (bring back to ambient pressure). Also pump down the chamber twice with a nitrogen back-fill before starting the process. This will help minimize water vapor in the chamber.
You can probably run a diesel generator off of the oil you produce without filtration. Old diesel engines with mechanical fuel pumps can run off of motor oil, vegetable oil, bacon grease , and pretty much anything that's ignites under combustion
Have you tested the gas product to see what its composed of? I've found quite a bit of information on gassification through pyrolysis of plastics, but almost no information on the composition of the gas amalgamation that comes from the breakdown. I'm very curious as to the fractions of the gasses.
My boy is still alive
Please keep doing what you do
I'm curious about the cost of energy input vs. potential energy reclamation in recovered materials. If it's viable to run something like this in areas with limited access to power.
I like how you are recycling plastics by using a microwave strapped to a washing machine attached to a pump.
It's not a washing machine he made the main container that has the magnetrons and vacuum attached to it from propane tanks welded together
Bro is literally reuse reduce recycle
The true spirit of man. It's so cool to watch
@@dubstfer704 Bro thinks He Pam
That's what u think
How much energy does it take to run? If you compare the energy in with the oil and gas output, will there be profit?
You’re brilliant! How does someone get a hold of you?
Hi Jab, i have been thinking of developing a similar machine at home. You do have some really good ideas. Do u potentially have a PI&D that i could follow?
when will you get to refining the oil?
VERY soon :)
I'm gonna share this on x. Get you a massive and gofund or give send go. Get you a clean room and out your backyard. Keep you safe.
Look to the past. Anyone who has an Invention, try to Patton it. Disappears in the thin air.. Hopefully, your product cleans the air.I wish you all the luck!
@@adambuchan5551are you kidding? He’s releasing a ton of pollution and contaminating that whole area with cancer causing chemicals. This process was developed 250 years ago and has been long since abandoned because it’s inefficient and causes a lot of pollution.

Use the full heat energy from the "vapers that never condense" rather than the generator which is less efficient...
Julian why the movement of the blades on vacuum increasing the liquid yield?
The blades moving release trapped crude oil vapors and increase microwave hotspot formations on the plastic, thus creating more available vapors and oil
could you fill it with nitrogen instead to replace o2 or use co2 as dry ice?
Ectend the shaft all the way down the reactor. Add attachments to the blades and shaft ever few feet.
Homie built something that could hold temperatures hotter then the sun
Smart man ! But also be very careful about vapors and misfire dont want anything to explode my man ! BUT MADD RESPECT .. keep up the job youre amazing !
why's the condenser isolated? i feel like it's going to keep the heat inside rather than cooling the vapors down
Great job professor
I havent had time to watch the whole channel, do your designs do anything to solve the problem of pyrolosis fuels being toxic when burned? Ive always hoped thered be a way to make it burn cleaner
i admire your work and would like learn from you
Ok but how much electricity is yused to make 1gallon of fuel?
And how much is the price for that much electricity?
Considering it's a backyard prototype and the fact that it's taking plastic that isn't being used, I'd say that it doesn't matter at this stage.
How much energy do you gain in relation to what you put in?
Have you measured the electrical energy input to potential energy output in terms of natural gas and fuels?
What is the electricity usage compared to yield cost here?
You are too intelligent and it's awesome 😮
Nikola Tesla 2.0! Wow. Subscribed!
Facts, be safe man.. Trust no one, pay attention to EVERYTHING… No such things as coincidences, randomize your purchase locations, specially for groceries and food items, be wary of *_Anything & Everything_* and *_TRUST NO ONE_* be safe brother and major, major kudos to you for creating solutions for the problems.. I would absolutely love to have a machine on my farm to run my diesel vehicles, and gasoline vehicles… Be safe man..
Fill up the bladder. Plug the compressor side. And add weight to the bladder to increase PSI and get more air out at a time.
How do you condense the natural gas?
What's the micro plastic risk? also from dyes or colored plastics have you researched this? what does burning it produce from the fire?
Good job bro
Bro is inviting his own death 💀
Need to insulate the end cap. Also consider using large fresnel lenses to make a preheat chamber before the material gets to the magnetrons.
I suggested that in the last video lol
Lets talk about your electricity bill my guy
That's why he uses a generator rather runs of gasoline and his machine is able to produce gasoline... he could also steam-power it or diesel generator all would be self sustaining for the most part... the sale of his products would cover and costs for fuel out of pocket... and it makes natural gas I forgot 😆 yeah this thing is a money maker
And yes I know you were joking... I'm just honestly impressed by the fuels this thing can produce from just at home junk or fairly cheap off the shelf parts from your local hardware store...
@@travisfowler8345 He's still far from breaking even and with the pollution coming from this thing, he's probably already given his whole street cancer.
Bro your a genius what is your background.
I have this project in mind a longue time before I wanted to réalisé this kind of project in my homeland in Algeria, I wanted to purchases the hole process from China but couldn't do it because I haven't the budget.
I think this is a different process used different technic microwave
I have a solution for your PSI problem, Instead of running under vacuum, run it in an inert gas. Argon is what most labs use, but you'd have to buy that, and it's an asphyxiation hazard considering this is some backyard science. you would be vacuuming out the oxygen, and pumping in pure argon, until there's no oxygen left, THEN run the system, and when you're done, recollect as much of the pure argon as you can (since you can't get a strong enough of a vacuum), then just equalize the pressure with air, which will waste some of your argon. I don't know if that's safe or even legal to vent the argon back to atmosphere, so you might wanna check that. I originally thought you where wanting to use the oil as fuel, as if this was a plan for perpetual motion, which doesn't work, but now I realized this is basically carbon capture from plastics. Most of the plastic in the ocean is from glitter paint on boats though AFAIK.
Facts, yall two could collab, two brains is better than one
@@MasterBL4Z3 i'm not a chemist, I just watch several youtube channels that do chemistry.
If it gets 1000s of degrees hot, how does the metal inside stay in shape to turn the plastic? And how does the microwave work with the metal the drum is made of? And how does the oil survive 1000 degrees of heat? My home microwave will not heat up food to 1000 degrees if it did, there would be no food to eat left.
Godspeed.
Bro. Can you run the fuel through a water filter like a Brita filter or a Zerowater(best) filter ? It'll take out the sediments and make it clear.
That's a good idea these concepts are groundbreaking we can make a difference
You are Amazing
Wow awesome.
I have a question
Is the amount of energy this machine uses equal to the amount of energy it produces?
Not even close he needs to figure out a way to harness possibly wind or solar energy these are concepts but they 💯 work and need to be improved and improved the only way to make it more efficiently is to build it out and work on it he needs funding and help to do it but you have to start from somewhere the concepts will improve over time
What do you do with this clean carbon?
Whats the conversion ratio?
Plastic to oil
This is actually insane that you're building this with household items. Hopefully someone with a lot of money notices this and gives some of it so you can have lab grade equipment.
God bless u bro and salute u
I need this machine set up
Brother please stay safe
Every video I see improvement : )
Bruh ill get you a bugger pump, also id love to talk, your doing with gas what i am doing with Watts
7:48 I'm from an area that deals with this
I keep getting this dude in my recommendations and I'm half keeping track of what he's doing cos it's amazing plus a bit of morbid curiosity with me waiting for the day that the government comes after him but if you are serious about helping him he has a discord and email in the video descriptions maybe reach out there?
Have you tried dirty plastics? Such as landfill?
Any tips on how to build one yourself?
So whats the energy input vs output?
Not great right now but he is working on a mini nuclear reactor that will change everything.
Pretty much six to eight microwave ovens running for hours. Watts x time x kwph cost
Watts x Run time x kwph cost
@@MindsMouth right i get that im asking becasue experimentally this is a nice concept but the system needs to output not only to be more profitable then its inputs, but compete with the efficiency of just mining coal or pumping oil/natural gas. Over time this will probably become more profitable as supply lessens in the earth, but this is the issue ive been struggling with developing my own pyrolysis retorts :'(
So the question really is, how much energy you use? What’s the cost/benefit from breaking down plastic into oil/gas? I mean in the end of the day that’s the whole point isn’t it?

this is so goddamn cool. can you use ANY plastics?

I would love to see a collab with nilered to go from plastic to diamonds lol
What do you do if it rains 🤔
The vapor will get stuck to the ceiling and convert back to liquid because the vapor tube is too narrow for all the vapor to escape through the top.
He is risking is own life i swear
_Nevertheless, this is the most interesting video I have ever seen, and I mean ever on the Internet itself_
How much does it cost in electricity to do a run. Seems spendy with all those microwave emitters
My thoughts exactly
1k watts-2k each
Times 8
8k-16k watts .20 cents per 1000 watt hr
$1.6-3.2 per hour.
10 hour operation
$16-32
If he is telling the truth, this could completly solve the plastic problem!!!
U should avoid humidity
I would really like to join the team and contribute to this cause but I fear that I do not provide any practical skills. What sort of expertise are you looking for?
Some things are best kept secret... the wrong people become aware of what you're doing, and they'll pay you a visit. Stay safe
Yo you can use that carbon to make a crazy garden yo
carbon thats not powderized might trap oil like microwaved rice traps water or cookies microwaved can feel cold but have steam that sounds like pop rocks when u bite them. a crushed squeezer could let the liquids escape just a final microwaving step at the carbon output but if there is a matrix of non broken up carbon chunks they could always trap oil and water that cant escape with just microwaves.
