    Maraming salamat. Nakatulong to sakin bilang baker/ower. Sinubukan ko xa sa 2kg, 15x2=30÷12hrs proof= 2.5g yeast.. effective xa. Gandang ng alsa , super lambot. Maraming salamat talaga.

    Hi! Sis of Bake n Roll. This is to let you know I'm so happy that the pandesal na ginawa ko ngayong umaga ay napakalambot at napakasarap! My first time to do your recipe click agad. After 20 minutes of baking, the pandesal is not ready yet kaya nagincrease ako ng temperature. Ang 310 Degrees F ay ginawa kong 320 degrees F. bale umabot ako ng 45 minutes sa pagbake. Now I'm having my coffee with a mouth watering pandesal 😋 join me. 😊 Thank you so much for sharing this recipe.❤️🙏God bless.

      Hello yes po. Add lang kayo ng konting liquid kung ang ay masyado dry. Mga 1 to 2 tbsp po. Mas malakas po kasi mag absorb ang bread flour ng liquid.

      Yes. Add lang ng water if the dough seems too dry. Mas malakas po kasi mag absorb ang bread flour ng liquid

      Ang gamit ko po ngayon di gas po. Pero kapay baguhan po kayo electric nalang po muna. pag gas kasi mahirap tanchahin ang init nya dapat kabisado mo muna sya. Kahit yong dalawa layer lang po muna bilihin nyo na kasya ang 2 tray

    Ilang pandesal na nagawa for kilo? Para me idea ako kung ilang grams of flour ang para lang s pamilya, salamat po

      Pag kalahating kilo po makagawa kayo ng 25 to 30 pcs po depende sa grams. 30 grams po bawat isa pede rin 50 grams
