Wolverines are great machines. One of my favorite 4x4's because of the bullet-proof 350, sportyness, and semi-auto trans (I hate full-autos). That's the OEM key, it's just missing the rubber piece around it.

A WINNER! Now luck seems to drop off after a high spot so let's go through it and give it a good once over. Diff fluid, axles, check the air filter and cage, clean the carb, check the brakes, etc. Check the bolt pattern on any 350, 400 and 450 Yamahas in the hoard for a matching pull start case. It should have 23 inch tires on 12 inch wheels so I'll scrounge around and see what's available. Might have to go up a size or so, but since they're holding air now we've got some time. This looks like good content so let's get it correct for a daily rider.

That’s a great machine, I bought one brand new and had it for 10 years with zero issues. Nice find right there.

Definitely worth it. Plastics are nice too. I restored a 94 Kodiak 400 for my wife and it is great. The awd is amazing. And the motor purrs. I am impressed with Yamaha atv's.

Got myself one for 700 bucks. An '05 model.. Needed all of its service done. A carb, and a pull starter case cover. Just cranked it up at 4am when i was finished with all the work.. ran perfect. Greatest utility quad ever. Simple and sweet

That’s a great deal, you bought yours $100 cheaper than I bought mine! Paid $600 and spent $400 on new brakes all the way around, new carburetor, new starter and solenoid, rear diff. fluid, oil/air filters and fluids. I’m in it for $1K but could probably make $1500 on it if I were to sell it as it sits. Their fun, light, fast four wheelers and their 4- wheel drives. I think, I’m going to keep it!

500-600 is what these age machines should be selling for.
