**After a few uses of this mascara, I can officially say that I don't like this mascara. It made my lashes look sparse and I hated the way it removed. It is a tubing mascara and therefore the little flakes all over my face, but there are a bunch of other tubing mascaras that I prefer (benefit's they're real, mac extended play, etc.) I've heard that this mascara needs to "dry out" a little but before it gets any good, so I'm still going with it :) Please let me know in the comments how you use it and if you like it..**

Stop using a makeup remover to remove it. Use warm water...it's a tubing mascara. They need to be removed with warm water. You will be amazed how easy they will just slid off. Also, let this mascara "rest" for a few weeks. It performs much better when it has dried out a little. It looks awful when it is new and really wet. Don't give up on it yet. Come back and try it again. I like to use this mascara in place of a waterproof mascara because it won't budge until water that is at a certain temperature hit it. Hope this helps
Thanks so much! I tried your advice, but I find the water also doesnt effectively remove it.. Im gonna keep on working with it though because I do tend to like mascaras more as they dry.
Slime Sword how do i let it rest?? Both sides open or i don't know. Lol but how do you let it rest cause the mascara is too wet. I curl my eyelashes cause it long and straight, but this mascara doesn't hold my curl. :/
It comes off in warm water excellent. No smudge or anything. It is actually very easy to remove!!!!
You are not taking it off the right way. It is SO EASY to take off. All you have to do is splash your face with some warm water and pull the mascara off your lashes. I love that about this mascara!
This mascara is AMAZING for me. I have extremely long lashes. The removal process is my favorite and most gentle on my delicate lashes. The way I remove is by cupping my hand filling with warm water placing over my eye holding the warm water in place kind of like a suction if you will, for about 30 seconds per eye (depending one the amount you use when applying) Once the water warms the lashes then all I do is place my finger above my lashes and with one downward wipe all the mascara comes off onto my finger. The tubes are designed to surround the lashes and is not recommended for eye makeup remover. It's was created to ensure your lashes are not damaged and being able to remove my mascara with just water also saves me from chemicals entering my eyes from the eye makeup remover ;)
+Jennie Carver Ooh thanks for the tip on the removal! I just bought it specifically because it's a tubing mascara (and I heard removal was easy), so I'll definitely try removing it your way tomorrow!

this is my favorite mascara ever made haha its the only one that actually lengthens and thickens and the way it comes off is worth it all!
all you have to do its wet your fingers, then patt your lashes
let it soften a bit then you can just pull the mascara tubes right off your real lashes.
huh it comes off instantly in the shower for me. i love the flaking off NO raccoon eyes no harsh rubbing.
What does it mean, when it is a tubing mascara? In other words, what is the difference between a tubing mascara and a regular? What is a tubing mascara?
a tubing mascara wraps around your lashes, like coats the 360 of said lashes like tiny gloves, they end up doing less damage than regular mascaras because they are really easy to remove
Maybe it's a tubing mascara, that would explain the way it removed

I just bought this and tried it. It's not bad at all and it doesn't hit you in the wallet like some higher end products. I'm 52 and have sparser lashes, so I need a mascara that works like Lash Power from Clinique but half the price. I'm more for a natural look, so I don't want too thick of lashes.
I tried this mascara and the first time i tried to remove it with makeup remover..thought I got it..then I took a shower..all the little tubes slid right off and I thought they were my lashes..lol..once I realized my lashes were ok I continued to use it.. i love it and would purchase again..

I use covergirl super fibers mascara. I curl my lashes for a while and the mascara does thicken. No clump. It comes off easily in the shower. It is not waterproof though.
To remove you should use warm water and rub inbetween your fingers for easy removal
I LOVE tubing mascara. I refuse to use any others. Trish McEvoy has the best. The jet curling holds a curl like no other and the ends will lengthen to hit your brows! I agree with the other comments. Warm water loosens the tube for removal.
You're not removing it correctly and when you put it on coat it twice or 3 times before it dries
Love this mascara, lasts all day without flaking and comes off so easy with warm water although it does look like spiders legs in the shower lol
its not that hard to remove. its not flakes, its the fibers.
Omg. When you said you were using makeup remover I cringed! This is the easiest mascara ever to remove! You may love it if you are more educated about tube mascara!
They discontinued this mascara in Germany- I miss it sooo much! I'm on my last back up ( got them from England/the US) and I really don't want it to run out! If you know how to work it it is the best mascara EVER! Don't wait between primer and mascara and simply remove it with warm water on a cotton pad. It's just easy... everything else smudges on me! I tried the They're real and hated it. It smudged and flaked on me plus I had a allergic reaction to it after using it about 3 days in a row. With this one it does not go anywhere but it is still easy to remove. I wish they'd bring it back, but L'oréal Germany unfortunatly tends to discontinue really good products or they just don't bring them over at all.. or they just decide to just come out with half of the colors. Grrr...hate it. :(
I LOVE this mascara. It's a bit on the expensive side for me. But it's worth every penny. But I just take it off in the shower.
