Can you get guided navigation on this device? Similar to Google maps
Hi Rocky, this doesn't have turn by turn navigation like google maps. You can track your own routes, set way points, save them to the memory card and share them with friends. You can also use OHVtrails.net to download trails onto the memory card and then upload them to the voyager.

Yes, the kit does have metric readings.
my dad's nav system for his boat actual showed a real map and if you towing it would also show street maps. this was back in 2004. would you believe we got lost while we were fishing in the channel between the texas cost and the outer island because he didn't set on the right display. we just crusing along. I point out area that kinda look like where we want to fish. I got one of those "U dont know the area and I know better." we keep zipping along and went 50 mile south of where we were to fish. as we came back, he said this is where we to fish. I pointed out. it was were I though we want to go. his response was " how would I know?". I answered you showed me a map of were we were going and I made a note in my head of the map. you give me a map and a compress, I never get lost. He never lived that one down.

Yes it does!
Does the appliance have an inclinometer?
This does not. It only shows the altitude.

Hi Nice vid 👍 but i have à question i Wanna change my bike but keep the voyager for m'y next bike the odometer and accumulated run time won't reset ?? How can i reset the odometer and accumulated run time?? I try with the red reset at the back of it and its still have the old reading of odometer and accumulated run time???

Hi Rico, here is what we found on resetting your Voyager for your new bike:
1. Press and hold all three buttons down for three seconds to enter the data setting mode.
Once there using the mode button progress to the tire size. At the tire size enter 9110 using the left and right had buttons to increment the digits. Immediately after entering the new tire size press and hold the right hand button down for three second.
2. This should move to a screen with (12HR ) flashing on it. (If this is displayed you are in the permanent data set so any alterations will be saved to the permanent information.) Once in this data set again using the mode button move to desired screens in this case the screen that reads ODO for Odometer and/or ART for Accumulated Ride Time (in hours).
3. Finally using the left and right buttons again alter the ODO to desired mileage.
4. Once complete you can either wait for five seconds and let the computer revert back to the main screen, or you can use the mode button to reach the main screen. (Resetting the proper tire size is not needed since the Vapor with automatically default back to the values you had set prior to this adjustment.)

@@chaparralmotorsports just to clarify, the odo/runtime can be reset completely or modified to any value? i'm looking at buying a used beta motorcycle and they ship with these units from the factory.

@@jonnyd8281 the deal I was working out fell through, I think the bike could have been stolen so I walked. It does seem that the Voyager can be completely reset or even set to any value. The procedure does seem to be niche information though. First time I've heard of odo adjustments being possible without a dealer tool. I guess take a hard look at whatever you do find and use your best judgement if the condition matches the claimed hours. No way to know for sure.
I'm hunting specifically for a 20+ 500 RR-S not having a great deal of luck may end up buying a new one later on if I don't find one in the mean time.
