Our favourite luxury buffet in Singapore: Colony at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore. You absolutely gotta come here if you live in Singapore or are visiting: you’ll be amazed by the array of international and local specialties offered for your tasting pleasure. Expect to feast on delicacies from around the world, but with a strong emphasis on local Singaporean and regional Asian specialties.
The spread is massive, including a cold seafood station with scallops, fresh jumbo prawns and crabs; a sashimi counter offering Japanese fare to a dim sum corner, Asian roast carvery, Indian, Western and Chinese stations, salad bar, charcuterie area and a spectacular dessert section.
Coffee (long black, espresso, cappuccino, latte, Americano etc) and tea (ask your server for their current selection of fine teas) are included in the buffet price, as are fresh fruit juices (served at the juice bar). Alcohol and any other drinks are charged separately, and have to be ordered from the ala carte menu.
Lunch and dinner buffets are offered, every day of the week.
Colony also does a champagne brunch buffet.

Good font and fit the video, although italic font type against such a backdrop is elegant and yet it’s hard to see the text. Colony is definitely worth a visit, been there , really love it. It’s an improvement over the old Greenhouse which already has impeccable service and to top it up with good food, even the local favourites are delicious and not greasy or overdone in spices preference. Love the decor… it’s like dining in the colonist era without all the trappings of high society 😂

If you are celebrating a special occasion like a birthday or anniversary, you can let them know in advance when you reserve a table. They'll bring round a small cake or dessert on a decorated plate with a lighted candle. Fresh fruit juices are part of the buffet price and available at the juice bar. Coffee (cappuccino, espresso etc) and tea are also included. Any other drinks aside from what we mentioned have to be ordered separately from the ala carte menu. 😃
Fantastic video and review. However, such a bad influence as I immediately hopped on over to do my reservation for my Mom's birthday this upcoming Singapore trip. It's all your fault. Lol. Music is top notch, and camera work is really good. Didn't have a headache watching it from over-turning the camera. Kudos!

Hi, between Colony (Ritz) and Estate (Hilton) which one do you prefer in terms of overall experience and food quality? I’m torn since your video review is incomparable haha thanks a lot!
Ohhh, that's a tough one. We love all buffet experiences. We would have to say for luxury made to fit in a lunch hour, Estate may fit the bill for many. If one was preferring for an afternoon of an oasis of luxury and time, Colony would tick alot of boxes! The food quality for both are equally tongue curlingly good! Hope this helps!
I would like to try this place but unfortunatlely I have dietary restrictions...sigh
There are lots of dishes to choose from at the buffet, but we do agree, if you have dietary restrictions, it may be tricky knowing exactly is in each dish. Probably safer to order ala carte. 😃

Hope ur typed sentences wud b little more bigger. It wud b better to c and read easily. I had to strain my eyes to c and read the typed sentences. Video was nice regardless.

Singapore has many luxurious buffets with similar and varying prices and offerings, so Colony isn't an outlier (in our humble opinion). We definitely recommend picking and choosing a buffet wisely and saving your pennies for a special occasion to enjoy such sumptuous dining. We hope our videos can help everyone who watch make better and more informed choices for their wallet and their tastebuds!
How much per person ?
Hi, for this current moment, the lunch buffet on weekdays is SGD$74++ on Mon - Fri, SGD$78++ on Sat; the dinner buffet is SGD$92++ on Sun to Thurs, SGD$112 on Fri & Sat (Seafood night). ++ means 10% service charge and 8% government tax, which is currently 8%.
Happily pay that ! Quality!
