Estate is the buffet restaurant at Hilton Singapore Orchard and is set in a gorgeous modern space inspired by historical Colonial architecture and design. Its labyrinthine corridors and alcove-like spaces are cozy and a pleasure to wonder around through.
The buffet offers a range of international cuisine: Western grills like roast beef, baked fish and pork roasts, Asian specialties that span the gamut of typical Chinese dishes (Kong Bao chicken, braised pork belly, fried rice, boiled Chinese soups), South East Asian dishes, Indian favourites and of course, Singaporean comfort foods. Their dim sum section is comprehensive, with steamed dumplings, fluffy baos and fried Asian finger foods. Our favourite stations are the ice bar (seafood cold station) with its fresh Tiger prawns, scallops and clams; their charcuterie with thinly sliced cold cuts and smoked fish, and the star of the show, their dessert section, which is in a league of its own. Expect to find the Hilton’s signature cheese cake, as well as desserts-in-jars like their Torched Citron Tart, Arabica Latte Mille Feuille, Banana Panna Cotta and Marsala Tiramisu. Take one of each: you’ll regret it later if you don’t.
Coffee (black coffee and cappuccino) and tea are included in the buffet price.
Lunch and dinner buffets are offered, every day of the week.
Estate also does a Grand Sunday Champagne Brunch, with free-flow bubbly booze and wine.

@@xijinpig7978 haha...China can say what it wants....but you hv to concur its Covid strategy kind of backfired....most of the world now has super immunity from exposure to different variants. Still I wish China well....it is a great country with good people who have the potential to avert future disasters like Covid. Hopefully.
I've been informed multiple times to try the Korean fried chicken... I have yet to, but intend to!
You really should grab a couple of pieces of the Korean chicken when you see it. It always seems that it only makes one appearance per seating and never comes back for an encore. Also noticed that with other dishes like the half-shell scallops and the cakes. 😋

Hi Imaginarium, beverages like coffee (black coffee or cappuccino) and tea are included, but not other drinks like juices, soft drinks and alcohol. We found their coffee to be pretty good, actually. 🥰

Hi Tistha, for the moment, the lunch buffet is $62++ (Mon to Thurs) and $70++ (Fri, Sat & public hols and eves of public hols), while the dinner buffet is $82++ (Sun to Thurs) and $99++ (Fri, Sat & public hols and eves of public hols). In Singapore, ++ means an additional 10% service charge & 8% government tax. 😊 Prices may change with time, though. So do check their website (listed in our video description) before you go. If you download the menus in pdf form, the current prices will be in the menus. 😀
