Masters cycling road race | GS Vecchi Spring Classic | Preston Candover road course

A lovely hot and sunny spring day for spectating (and acting as bottle and gel support for some VC-Venta riders) at the GS Vecchi spring classic road race on the Preston Candover course.
A tough circuit with typical Hampshire undulations. First place went to a runaway winner who gapped the peloton from lap-01 and held them off for the well-deserved W. Also an exciting hill-top bunch sprint finish for the remainder of the top-10 positions.
Well done to everyone who pinned on a number and congratulations to the winner. A really well organised and well marshalled race.
