2023 Velo Club Venta Spring Road Race | pre and post-race interviews | category 3 and 4 bike racing

More fast and hard competitive bike racing on the challenging Crawley - Littleton open road circuit near Winchester. Another great edition of this must-enter category 3 and 4 mixed race, around the undulating lanes of mid-Hampshire.
This year's race was brutal, with lap times consistently around 12:30 (over 26mph average) and no let-up in pace from those on the front.
Congratulations to the winners and very well done to everyone who raced.
Huge thanks to all the British Cycling officials, club (and other) volunteers who gave up their valuable time this Sunday morning, allowing the race to take place. Finally, very well done to Toby Leyland for organising yet another successful event.
