Started with Mizi's helpful video"Full Body Fat Workout" a week ago with strict diet. Honestly, I was loosing my breath just trying to catch my breath after 10 Mims, my body ached but after doing it for three days, my body became accustomed to the movements and I even finished when the video ended without pausing to catch my breath. All my back aches gone! I now feel good. AND NOW WITH THIS NEW HELPFUL VIDEO, IMMA LOOSE THOSE SIDE FATS STARTING RIGGT NOW... THANK YOU MIZI❤
Hi Mizi, just had a question, I have a 2 year old who keeps interrupting me during workouts, so I have to keep stopping, sometimes many times depending on the workout time, so is it okay to workout like that or do we need no interruptions at all?
