GP21 was a turning point for the MotoGP games. They noticed that making the game ''realistic'' and very hard wasn't really appealing for most the playerbase. The learning curve was brutal and most ppl think of this game as the hardest one in the franchise. After this one Milestone made it easier and easier to grasp the feeling of the physics and gameplay. It still super hard to be on the top pace tho, regardless of the gameplay being more forgiving. These days I just prefer the RIDE franchise tbh.
I tend to agree, I did struggle a lot with this game. I still don’t see it as very realistic though, definitely more grounded than 20 which I guess was their intent. I do see you uploading a lot of RIDE laps these days, never really got to grips with RIDE 5. I always felt it had a larger input lag than the GP games
@@BIKERGaming Bike has a sluggish feeling compared to other Milestone games its true. With time a just got used to it but I still prefer the feeling of RIDE 4 tbh, specially at launch before they dumb down the physics. Back then I remember lapping 1:30 at interlagos was superhard... last few months before the release of RIDE 5 I was able to lap at 1:25 ... lol
Looking back at this game, one thing I immediately noticed was how on the exit of corners the front end dipped which was something I struggled with until I found the fix. I just you changed the ECU settings to see how it impacted the bike. Also the reason it’s like SBK 22 is because they are the same game, just SBK had tweaks to make it more like a Superbike.
Interesting, I never delve too much into the setups on the Milestone games (well I don’t exactly do it on GP BIKES either) but I guess it makes more of a difference than I thought. Is there still a “meta” setup that is way better than everything else these days?
@ not really, I mean there some parts of the setup which are the same, but it’s more mixed from track to track now compared to just running the same setup everywhere. There still is base setups but there’s not a go to setup
For me MotoGP 21, MotoGP 19 and the new MotoGP 24 are the best MotoGP Games. MotoGP 19 is perfect for driving with the helmet camera and MotoGP 21 is perfect for driving with the bike camera. The new MotoGP 24 is much better than MotoGP 22 and MotoGP 23 but I think the bikes are a bit to nervous in MotoGP 24. Especially on the brakes. But the speed feeling is perfect in MotoGP 24. It feels like a rocket. However, you have to change the setup in all three games to really have fun. Among other things, increase the motorcycle geometry as well as the gear ratio and you have to change the suspension.
The last game before they added RHD. What’s your opinion on riding height device, I like it personally, but 2027 no riding height device, less power, less areo, although there will be less power since it will be 1000cc-850cc the bikes will weigh less, don’t think the size of the bike and everything will change but most things will be so different
I don’t like it, makes the racing worse so would prefer them to be gone. I don’t think the engine rules will change much, the manufacturers will just make a smaller version of the current engine. Although I don’t think they will be able to do the same trick with the high RPMs that they used last time MotoGP used 800’s but we’ll have to see
Apologies about the lack of game audio, it didn't record!
I hope you enjoyed hearing the GP21 soundtrack instead 😅
Back when Zarco and Martin were OP at Ducati Pramac in 2021.😢

The kerbs at Catalunya and a few other tracks are literal landmines; the T3 exit kerb will send you off to Andorra LOL

Idk for me GP20 is easier than 24 (maybe bcs I was never good or 3 years of experience). Just that at high speeds the bikes are unmaneuverabal in 24.
@@Bigerburger 20 was the easiest one IMO.

Mate can you create and update 2024 season realistic sponsorboards for sbk 22?
I know this is a bit late but I am a small TH-camr who also says MotoGP 21 is the one like dyl
BIKER Gaming Do You Know News Flood At Valencia Spain?
Yes I heard about it, it’s terrible
Give SBK 16 mobile a go next 🤪
I think I have a video on that somewhere, will probably have to go back to some of the mobile games haha
WHat I don't understand is why RIde5 physics feel so bad compared to Motogp24. Feels like a downgrade riding in Ride5 once you've tried 24.
Yeah I couldn’t get on with RIDE 5’s physics, never really got on with any of the RIDE games tbh
